Tim is exceptionally amenable and eager to tailor the experience to the particular group of people he is working with. He is communicative, professional and adaptable.
Most of all he is exceptionally knowledgeable and we very much enjoyed his visit as he gave us a lovely showing of wines for my 30th birthday! I would highly recommend him.
We experienced Tim’s Chilean adventure wine tasting and loved it. Great tasting different wines with an experienced and fun host who seems to have endless knowledge at his fingertips. Very good participation n the group allows for additional opinions and exchange of relevant wine info. 10/10
A better way to spend a Wednesday night I cannot think! Informative, fun and friendly. It has really opened my mind and palette to wine of the worlds that I would never have thought to taste. The section on “what’s in my glass” has also encouraged me to buy something different each week rather than what is in my comfort zone. Tim is knowledgeable, enthusiastic and a great host and has attracted a great audience of fun and like minded wine enthusiasts. You will take so much away from this hour plus session whether you’re a connoisseur or just love a glass of wine ... or two. Highly recommend!
Tim’s stewardship through the world of wine over the last 12 months has been fascinating and opened my eyes to wines I’d never have been brave enough to try. My cellar is now so much more interesting and varied. Tim shares so much of his knowledge of every wine and I can now try and repeat what I’ve been told to friends and family with conviction. Oh! And he’s a great guy too.
If you want to know anything about wine ask Tim. He is your guy. I cannot recommend enough. Such fun and lovely person too :) Any event organised by Tim will be a success.
