Absolutely terrible company

Absolutely terrible company! I worked for them and I've never known a company to operate they do.
As a rep I had to chase up every single order. They say orders arrive within 2 weeks! That is a complete joke. I never received anything in less than a month, other than the Fizzology wax products which I cannot fault (they came direct from a separate company who advertised their products on tinkers site).
Many items never turned up or showed up extremely late or damaged or broken. Fragile products were usually just packed in a box with no bubble wrap or any fragile labels on.
Getting replies to emails was like getting blood from a stone.
Management were extremely rude if you dared to try and contact them...they constantly said 'they were unavailable or not to be contacted under any circumstances' in the chats,so customers were left waiting for products/refunds and I couldn't give them the answers because I was getting no answers either. I was very glad to leave their company and feel sorry for anyone thinking of signing up

It's been 14 days since ordering

It's been 14 days since ordering, still not received my order. Bad customer service, take days to reply to emails and don't answer your questions properly, very vague answers. Item not shipped till 10 days later but still hasn't turned up. No phone number on website..
Do not recommend buying from here.

Lovely products!

Lovely products!! The wax melts are amazing! I did have to wait quite a while for delivery but I understand that it’s a new business, I’ve since made 2 new orders and can’t wait to get them, all products I’ve received are as described and I’m very happy 😃
