I recently ordered, for my 3yr old grandson, a Dinosaur swallowing car truck which unfortunately was damaged in transit. I contacted Tiny Dreams and received a response within 12 hours offering to provide a replacement, which I declined as concerned that the truck was not as robust as I had originally thought and I requested a refund. Based on some of the reviews I had read I expected a protracted process and problems in obtaining a refund but I have to report that I received nothing but prompt and extremely polite communications from Kyle in Customer Support who facilitated a full refund within a few days of my requesting one. My experience with Tiny Dreams was,(apart from toy arriving damaged, which was not their fault) was extremely positive and much better than previous experiences with large well known U.K. retailers.

I ordered a game from Tiny Dreams. I researched it and found the items cheaper with the other cheap chinese sellers on line but order from Tiny Dreams believing it would be better quality as it was Uk based- it isn't. Came in a cardboard box covered in Chinese writing and not the version I had ordered. I emailed explaining that I had received the wrong item and wasn't happy with the quality. I was told to return the item at my expense to Austria. Or keep it and have a 30% refund. They haven't even addressed the issue of them sending me the wrong item.

Ordered 3 x Bubble Wands. On the website it shows bubbles attached to the wand but you do not get any bubble water with this item. You have to purchase this separately. Boxes arrived damaged and the item packaging shows a hole at the side of the wand which most people would assume would have contained a plastic container of bubble water. Not the case.
In their defence they did respond to my email quickly. Have asked to be removed from marketing emails.

If I could I would give no stars. The item was substandard, not compatible with EU safety standards and not made on the UK as advertised. This company should be shut down. Disgusted that my review on their Facebook page hasn’t been published.

Bought the Easter Eggs for a childrens party. Purchased in time, but no action taken for several days. When they were finally despatched, advised of further"delays". Upshot, not delivered in time, missed Easter completely.....Not impressed!

As others, I assu.ed that products were UK manufactured and posted. Long delivery time and package arrived smaller than expected with the box battered. Not worth the £15.00 paid. I will not use them again or recommend to others.

I bought a wonderful little steam train for my grandson and he is overjoyed with it it’s amazing and has real steam and turns back if it bumps into anything. We love it . And it is a great price xx

This is the second time I've ordered from Tiny Dreams UK. The first was a nappy bag with an extendable "cot" section and the second was for a Sensory Baby ball with Teether and Rattle.
Both products were very good quality.
My daughter really liked the nappy bag which held exactly the right amount for trips out with baby.
My grandson (4 months old) loves, loves, loves the ball (he is teething) and attacks it with great gusto. It's great that with all the "bits" he holds it himself, so he can do his thing without help.
The only issue was with Yodel (😡), but the Seller customer service was great and it was soon resolved and delivered. From my experience so far, I would not hesitate to recommend this Company.

My grandchildren love this table tennis set. It's bright and sturdy, and fits any table. It's a great unbirthday present.

I purchased the molding kit as a Mother’s Day gift and it took 3 weeks to arrive. So it was very late when it was delivered. The package was delivered to the wrong address and was delivered to me by the people living at the address and not the delivery company. The package came with 2 different sets of instructions which leaves you guessing which is correct. I followed the instructions on the paper and the mold started to set before the 3 minutes was up so the first set was wasted. I then knew how to use the second one but won’t hold my breath waiting for the model to set. I would not recommend the product from this company as it took a very long time to be delivered and came with 2 sets different instructions. I wish I read these reviews before purchasing.

Broken and no power switch. First one was broken. They were quick to send a replacement but this one didn’t have an on/off switch at the bottom so useless. Waste of money.

Terrible. Bought the
"Brilliant geometry textbook for children" which is technically a few sheets and strings for DIY. Not what I'd expect for this price! Plus full of spelling mistakes.

BEWARE.... My first review in a long time. I have just received delivery for the Tiny dreams baby clay casting kit. After awaiting 31 days to receive. (Ordered for mother's day a week in advance for our new born) the box appears to have been used as a football around the warehouse.
The quality is shocking and the customer service non existent. I wish I had looked at these reviews previously. Spend the extra couple of pound and order from retailer who is very well known and offers next day delivery and a decent returns policy. Absolutely garbage and shocking service.

I purchased from Tiny Dreams UK expecting a UK-based service. The product that arrived was poor quality and not as described.
When I requested a return, I was instructed to send the item to Austria at my own expense. No prepaid return option was offered. Instead, I was repeatedly offered partial refunds (30%, then 50%, then 75%) to keep the item.
I declined these, as under UK consumer law, where goods are not as described or of satisfactory quality, the retailer is responsible for providing a full refund without placing unreasonable return costs on the customer.
The company’s use of a .uk domain and “UK” branding creates a strong impression of a UK business, yet the returns process is international and at the customer’s cost. This was not clear at the point of purchase.
I have now escalated the matter through Klarna and reported the issue to the relevant UK authorities.
Based on my experience:
Product quality did not meet expectations
Returns process was unreasonable
Customer service relied on partial refund offers rather than resolving the issue properly
I would advise UK customers to exercise caution and fully understand the returns process before purchasing.

Dreadful ! Took ages then said it was delivered . No where to be found . Kept emailing saying it’s not been delivered and they just sent the same reply saying it was .
Eventually after days of knocking on doors the parcel was found . Delivered to a totally wrong address . The photo sent by the company was another road and the Google map photo was at least 10 years old

Ordered in February, we are now a day away from April and still no sign. No response to emails - will be requesting refund but judging by other reviews I won’t hold my breath.
Clearly they’re a drop shipping company that haven’t yet mastered the shipping element.
Avoid.

Avoid this company by all means. They sell cheap fake products. They do not do refunds,to return item is an horrible and expensive process

Very poor quality, not what is advertised for this product or seen in the promotion, no instructions included on how to use. I also think this company is misleading as I actually thought this was a UK based company.
When I emailed to complain a return address was given for Austria.

I ordered the talking cactus for the 3yr old son of my niece, who is not a great talker. He loved it and was immediately laughing at the microphone playback (quite good quality) and talking away to it. His 5yr old sister was trying to steal it, which is always a sign of a decent toy! Good selection of pre-recorded songs too. I see a lot of one star reviews for this seller but my experience was good.

i bought 5 games for my grand children and upon delivery found the cheapest tat ever to come through my door. cardboard playing surfaces and playing pieces so small they could never be declared safe to use in this country. the company should be investigated even if only from the point of safety certificates for children's toys
