Disappointed First time buyer and was very…

First time buyer and was very disappointed with the service. I ordered a tote bag for my new born, as usual expected the order to get to me as per stated, before the tote bag arrived my new born arrived and I was left with no baby bag for the new born, I had to buy a replacement obviously, I requested a refund but instead they gave me 20% code off for my next purchase, what makes tinytote think i would ever order again from them? Very dissapointed customer who will never buy again.
So my bag arrived today, and it looks very small and different from the photos on the website, and smelks awful. 👎👎👎👎 I would not recommend this site to anyone!
