Pictures online are AI generated. The baby carrier I received is not the same as the baby carrier in the photos. I’m unsure as to whether the baby carrier actually complies with safety regulations as they claim to be based in London but this is not the case.
Business is not located in London. I ordered a baby carrier, thought the product would be shipped from the UK, however I received tracking information from China. Once I received the product I wanted to return it, the website states to email Tiny Baby Cloud first and then to ship returns to their business address in London. Tiny Baby Cloud told me I had to ship the product back to China at my own expense. Don't order from here.
