Terrible customer service

Good luck trying to contact customer service. No phone number, just email and they never get back to you. Terrible, buyers beware. This is a real review, not the bogus ones they publish. Never, ever, again!

Their customer service is the AMAZING 👏…

Their customer service is the AMAZING 👏 I was honestly embarrassed with how many questions and changes I asked them to do. The coffee maker set came damaged ( from their Amazon warehouse) and they were quickly to send a replacement . Everything feels and looks like really good quality 👌 I'm very happy with my product and AMAZING company

I will suggest Tiny Land to all my friends and family with kids.

Even though I decided to take advantage of a Cyber Deal on Amazon to save some money, I will buy directly from Tiny Land when the price advantage somewhere else doesn't lure me away. The service at Tiny Land was professional and pleasant when I contacted them to cancel my order. The items I bought are gifts for grandchildren and haven't been given or played with yet. Both look well-constructed at attractive to children for playing. I will suggest
Tiny Land to all my friends and family with kids.

Great, responsive customer service. I ordered the same item twice accidentally!They were able to cancel one of the two orders for me and sent a return immediately. I appreciated the quick customer service!

Customer Service

Was putting together the Serenity Kitchen on Saturday and one of the panels splintered. I contacted customer service via email and received a response the next day and a new part was on the way by Monday morning. Great customer service.
