The product I ordered came faulty and I sent two emails regarding how to exchange, till I got a response. The dress does look lovely though, and excellent quality.

It is an absolute treat to unwrap a parcel from Tiny Models! From the pretty tissue paper, to the cute stickers which my 2 girls adored... It is an experience:-)

I recently came across tiny models website, I had an enquiry which they were extremely helpful with, I bought two dresses to check size, after returning the size that wasn't suitable I was refunded in a day, beautiful dress really pleased

I ordered a dress for my daughters conformation
I ordered a dress for my daughter it arrived in 4days , but what impressed me most was the presentation the box the tissue paper with your logo the sticker to seal it , the envelope with the stickers the thankyou note for purchasing, the details was second to none . The dress was perfect really good quality as I've bought it for her conformation , and really good price at that . 👍
