Terrible service
Terrible service. Charged my card twice for 4 tires. I called to inform them. informed tireeasy they billed me twice, which caused my account to be overdrawn! The manager could care less, she told me on her end it was shown they cancelled within 4 seconds. So on her end all things were good and it was my banks fault since they cancelled the duplicate entry within 4 seconds. No sort of compensation for their mistake. Then essytires sent 3 tires correct and 1 wrong. Since i have 4wheel drive all tires must match. Goodyear informed me after I drove there to get tires mounted and balance, one tire was wrong. Again, No compensation for their error. They were very uncaring. Attitude we just work here and we can't offer any compensation. Yes, they emailed a FedEx label for the wrong tire. However, I had to take the tire to a FedEx drop. No kind of goodwill or compensation for our inconvenience. At least they could have credited the tax or sent gift card. We would not recommend or use easytires again 👎👎
