Tire Kingdom is a bait and switch operation.
Their website states their brake service includes replacing both pads and rotors. When you get there, it absolutely does not, which nearly doubles the cost of the repair. They would not honor what their own site states. Con men.

I took my car to have the tires rotated and one tire had a puncture. I used the store at 8790 SW 24 St. Miami Fl. 33165 . I bought the tires here in 2021 and I have free punch rotation and repair with the purchase. The manager told me that he couldn't repair the rubber because the problem was on the side and he told me that they didn't put plugs in. They tried to nail me with selling me a new tire when the tire only had 12,000 miles on it, and it had to be repaired. Also the manager, Miguel, told me that the battery needed to be changed because it was loose, (another point of suspicion because I just changed the battery on October 31, 2024 (3 months of use). I took the car to a place where they repair punctures. and I had to pay $20.00 to repair the tire and the puncture was in the normal part of the tire. I also had to take the car to Autozone to confirm that the battery was working and they repaired it. Test and the battery is fine, I lost more time with Miguel's nonsense. The manager lied to me, from my side that's what it seems, and that's why I'm giving this review Be careful with what these places tell you because. They try to charge for things that you don't need. I don't put more rubber in that place.

I brought my brand new car to tire kingdom, I had a screw in the tire. As busy as they were, just before the Thanksgiving holiday rush, they found the time to fit me in. This was after going to other tire places who couldn’t. Tommy was an angel, he cam through when others failed. Thank you Tire Kingdom, I can now continue with my holiday travels

I had metal in my tire. Tire Kingdom got me in and handled it at the best possible price. I continue to go back to them and recommend their business.

I was quoted a price of around $300.00 for 2 new front tires for my Acura, by the time they were done tacking on different things it was close to $600.00. Right front tire shakes on interstate. Called them about rebalancing it because they didn't line up the red dot on tire with the valve stem. They told me they would have to charge me extra. I wouldn't bring a bicycle to these crooks. This was the Tire Kingdom on Malabar road in Palm Bay Fl.

I’ve had several experiences at the Lakeland store and all of them have been superb! Amazing customer service, prompt, professional work and the best prices around!

Tire Kingdom at 2821 SW 8 Street, Miami is my go-to shop and service center for my car. I’ve been getting my new tires , oil changes, routine care/ maintenance for my Honda Accord and their service is excellent at prices that can’t be beat! Today I received excellent service from Alex, Dustin and Jorge and I am thankful for their attention to detail. I recommend them to all my family and friends!!!

Alex was great! He helped me so much with my car. I found out what was wrong with my car and the oil and filter was done perfectly.

The three men that helped me were very helpful and knowledgeable. My tires were ordered and I had no issues. I very satisfied with the service.

My mistake. I went in hoping to have my leaking tire fixed and like always it can't be fixed because the nail is to close to the edge. I should have checked tire prices before I let them put a tire on my car. While their policy is to match a lower price, they will not match their own lower price. The price they show on the internet is lower than what they charged at the store, and they will not match. Done with them.

I have had nothing but great care of my car from Robert and staff at the West Palm Beach Tire Kingdom located at 1840 S Military Trail.
They are honest and don’t try and tell me I need an unnecessary service.

My daughter brought my car to this location for new tires only to be sexually harassed by Nathan the store manager for the entire 2 1/2 hours. Nathan spent the entire time with my car up on a lift sexually harassing my daughter, and telling her explicitly sexual things that he enjoys and making comments about her body and her looks.

Nathan then decided to expand on his daughter's delightful experience on only fans and detailed all of the things she does to herself to make money.

He shared with with my daughter that he would have to take women to a hotel, because he can't have sex at his house because his deceased wife's mother lives with him.
On her way out the door he gave her a handwritten note, begging her to contact him so he could take her out.

I would caution any woman to not step foot into this establishment for service. No one should be treated like this at any business.

I made the 1st appointment of the day so as to avoid delays in mounting new tires. I also bought and had them delivered to expedite the process. I arrived on time to the Tire Kingdom in Hialeah at 8am. An hour later, it was still on the parking lot. I asked the service clerk who said that Tire Kingdom had recently been bought and that the new company made up to 4 appointments at the same time unbeknownst to the customer. He added that this resulted in multiple customer complaints. I finally left after almost 3 hours sitting in their waiting room. Today I received an email saying they regretted that I missed my appointment and encouraged me to reschedule. I will NEVER buy anything from Tire Kingdom again.

Today is mothers day Tire kingdom in boca raton was open at 9 AM on a sunday I was greeted when i wlked in told them i had a tire problem amd had mo appointment since my ossie haplened saturday night.
Was told no problem Leave the tire we will get to it amd call you back
Needless to say on 2 1/2 hours i got a call back my tire was repaored they did not try amd sell me a new tire. Just service with a smile.

Took my truck to get a wheel alignment. Dropped it off at 7:55 am FIVE hours later and truck still sitting in the same spot I parked. Lazy, overweight slobs

My tire had a slow leak. I stopped in to get it fixed on Friday night. I was greeted promptly. My car was taken in and the leak addressed within 15 minutes. Very happy with the experience.

So, my GF took my car to Miami and had tire issues out there we bought two tires from tire kingdom so that she can make it back to Orlando safely, where the other two tires were purchased so that they can all match. Since then, I've been attempting to have my tires rotated to no avail. Today in Tampa however the nice gentleman working there figured out why they couldn't find me using my tags kudos! However, they couldn't rotate my tires under the warranty because when we purchased the tires, they noted the account as advice and inspection COMPLETLY OMMITTING TIRE PURCHASE. The kind gentleman stated that I would have to pay for the tire rotation, to which I replied I was already SHAFTED on the tire purchases and warranty I would go elsewhere I pay my money and have it rotated they won't be getting a dime from me!! That was disgusting!!

I needed a couple of tires for the front of my car. Nicholas at Tire Kingdom in PSL, Florida Port St. Lucie blvd. was helping me. The next day he calls me and recommends I get tires for the back as well because the tread looked worn and unsafe. They tried this practice on me when I bought those two tires a YEAR and a HALF ago and I only had 12 thousand miles on them! These were Michelins Pilot Sport 4s. I said to Nicholas, "yes, I will replace them, under the warranty"! They neglected to honor the warranty because I didn't have written documentation showing the tires had been rotated and re-aligned in the past 18 months. Thus, that's why there was wear to the tires.
Never written a review ever. Just wanted to warn the rest of you folks to beware of this franchise!
