They are big frauds. Both the wife and husband are great at swindling money from people on the pretext of Tirupati Darshan. It has been nearly two years, they have to return two lakh rupees to me, and every time they send a message will pay tomorrow or Saturday. Their tomorrow or Saturday never comes.

Big cheaters..I paid 10k last month but still I did get my money back.Not even arrange dharshan too .
They are not replying properly ..

As this agency is this is repeatedly scamming money in name of tours and travels, I am going to raise it to cyber crime with FIR..

Very big fraud! Such a fraud agency. All the reviews here are true. If you want to throw your money to dustbin, then book this service. They told to pay 10k rupees even before darshan darshan starts. Till darshan morning they didn't attend phone calls, I called over 100 times but no response. I have all the proof including screenshots and recordings. Registered with cyber crime. These scammers will get arrest soon.

Also they will tell you to remove Google review if we want to pay our money back. Also they will mark our original review as fake to get them remove.

Also registered complaint with Google so it won't happen in future.

Yes they are fraud if I scold they are threatening that your messages are recorded..they are pure fraud

This service is a total Scam and the guy defrauded me of Rs.12,000/- which I paid in advance for Trip to Tirupathi from Chennai . He promised to get us Rs. 300 tickets using some quota of TTD officials for 3 people but said will cost me Rs.17000 . On his assurance we transferred Rs.12000 as advance on his gpay 2 weeks before the scheduled date. As the travel date started to approach – this guy stopped picking calls and after frequent calling he would pick up and still assured 100% tickets . One day before travel at night when we didn’t get Rs.300 tickets through him we started to question his credentials – he again assured that morning the trip is confirmed and tickets would arrive. When no tickets came we frantically called and asked for refund – this fraudster asked for 2-3 hours to send money back whereas on gpay it should not take more than 2-3 mins . As evening passed by he started to neglect our calls and when called from a different numbers he said he has given money to some TTD official and he cant refund it from his pocket and only that TTD official can send it that too depending on my Luck! When confronted on why he was cheating people like this in the name of darshan and misleading us he started to bash Brahmin caste on the whole and said he has high contacts everywhere and no one can do anything even if I complain. He has not returned the advance even after 2 weeks now and not responding to any calls or messages. I am lodging a Police complaint against this travel entity with a copy to TTD officials as I have a record of all the communications

These people are frauds who cheat devotees and steal their money. No 0 star hence giving one star. Do not trust this travel agency. They demanded Rs.18,000 in advance for Tirupati Balaji Darshan tickets, which I paid on 18th March 2025. My experience with this agency caused immense suffering for my family (3 of them are senior citizen and one toddler). I have planned the trip on 26th March 2025 to Tirupati. I contacted Dike Tours Corp, who assured me to they could book 6 tickets for darshan. Trusting them I made the advance payment of Rs.18,000. My parents flew to Chennai from Bangalore (which I have lost the flight tickets round trip fare). On 25th March 2025, called and messaged them for asking the driver details and trip details. All I heard is, “Mam, you’ll get the details within an hour” from 5PM - 11:45PM. Finally I got a reply from them saying they couldn’t arrange the tickets. We were frustrated as we had elderly parents and a toddler. The agent agreed and promised to return my money. After multiple phone calls and messages I got my partial payment of Rs.8,000 from Rs.18,000. I have been contacting them daily, they choose to ignore my calls. It’s been a week, despite over 100 follow up calls, they failed to refund the money, offering only excuses and fake promises. I am completely fed up and writing this review to warn others not to fall for this scam. Now she’s disconnecting the calls and ignoring my messages. This is a total scam, don’t ever rely on them. Money laundering travel agency. I have retained all the chat records and documentation to back up my claims. Be careful and spread the word to protect others.

I deeply regret sharing this fraud contact (regretting it every single day) with my friend, who came from London to visit Tirumala for his marriage proceedings. Trusting Dike Tours Corp, he paid ₹55,000 for three people for Sri Vari Darshan. Initially, they asked for an advance payment, which he paid, and they confirmed the booking, assuring him that he could travel.

Believing everything was arranged, he traveled all the way from Mysore to Tirupati, only to find out that they never actually booked any tickets. Instead, they claimed to have "Contacts" inside the Tirumala office (we were not aware of this). which is an illegal process.

They said this is the only way to go now. He was heisted to go that way, The agent agreed and promised to return his money after this struggle in two weeks. However, despite months of follow-ups, he has received no refund and no response! I personally went and checked the office address mentioned in Google, but there seems to be no such office.

It has been three months, and he hasn’t received a single rupee from them. I am completely fed up and writing this review to warn others not to fall for this scam. These people are frauds who cheat devotees and steal their money. Stay away from them!

PS-After continuous follow up we have got the invoice, at least one proof we had and we are proceeding with Police complaint with that.

However, they failed to arrange the tickets and have not returned my money, even after over a month. Despite daily promises to refund my money, they have not kept their word.

My experience with this agency caused immense suffering for my family, including senior citizens and kids, during our trip to Chennai from 19th to 22nd December 2024. Here’s the full story:

I planned a family trip to Lord Balaji temple on 20th December 2024. I contacted Dika Tours Corp, who assured me they could book seven tickets and requested an advance payment of Rs. 14,000. Trusting them, I made the payment. We flew to Chennai on 19th December and informed them that we would be staying at Hotel Greens in the city.

Upon reaching Chennai, I tried contacting them multiple times, but they ignored my calls until 10 PM that night. When they finally responded, they assured me that a car would pick us up at 5:30 AM on 20th December. To my dismay, no vehicle arrived, leaving my family and me stranded.

The experience was harrowing—my family was heartbroken, and my wife even started crying out of frustration and helplessness, especially as we had elderly and children with us.

I repeatedly tried calling the agency, but they continued to evade my calls. When they eventually answered, they informed me they couldn’t arrange the tickets and made vague promises to refund the money. They even spoke to Hotel Greens staff in their local language, assuring them the refund would be processed. However, despite over 50 follow-up calls, they failed to refund the advance, offering nothing but excuses and false promises.

Their behavior has been deceitful, unprofessional, and deeply disappointing. I have retained all chat records and documentation to back up my claims.

If they continue to avoid refunding my money, I will be forced to take legal action. Please stay away from this fraudulent agency and avoid facing similar distress.

They cheat us. Paid for VIP darshan but finally they booked in Rs 300 queue. They didn't refunded the money that they promised. So pls I suggest not to go with this agent, you will get cheated.

I had an nice experience with this travells. Thr time perfection & safe driving was amazing. They provide a standard breakfast. Specially the driver nature he was polite, calm& good. Thank you so much for the nice trip.

We had a very comfortable trip which was professionally organised. Mr. Saravanan calmly explained all details before booking and followed up regularly even after booking until the trip. Special thanks to our driver K Babu, he really made sure we had a very memorable experience. Instances like him stopping along the way to let our kids have a few minutes with the monkeys along the road side was not his job but made our trip with our kids especially memorable. He was well prepared, guided us at every step. He handed out a card with all important details like his phone number and parking details etc. as you will not be carrying your phone during darshan time. Little details like these made me a customer happy to recommend them to friend and family

I booked a darshan in May for June, but unfortunately, I couldn't travel on the planned date. I requested to reschedule for July, and although the lady initially agreed, I didn't receive any acknowledgment despite multiple follow-ups. Eventually, she blocked my number. I then emailed the address listed on the invoice I received in May, and Mr. Saravanan contacted me, providing assurance and confirmation for the July darshan.

We finally went for the darshan in July, and the trip was great! The service was excellent. The driver was attentive and friendly, and everything was well-organized. It was worth the money.
