We are over the moon with our boat canopy on our Sealine 240 great service, quality finish

A disappointing experience, reasonable canopy in the end, but very poor service. Initial quote was overcharged through including features not requested. Initial design was incorrect as also included features that had specifically been ruled out. Poor fitting process with fixtures from the original canopy broken so it could no longer usfully be used if needed as an emergency replacement. Generally poor communication with erratic responses. The after-care information was primarily aimed at fabric covers so not very helpful having had a vinyl cover fitted. It was good to get some spare press-stud fittings but no guidance given on the day as to how replacement of these would be done.
Overall it was an acceptable end result but with a very disappointing process from start to finish.

Titan Boat Canopies fitted a Cratch cover and Pram cover to my new narrowboat about a year ago and they are fantastic. Well made and well designed. Unfortunately I had a slight accident and damaged a zip. Titan very quickly sent me a new one solving my problem immediately. Thank you to the Titan team. Excellent service. Love your work.

Contacted this company when we were struggling to find one that would travel out to us, yes they charge for it, but they will travel all over the place. Lovely lad called Karl came out to measure up with a fancy 3D machine, and a couple of weeks later came out to fit it for us. Unfortunately some freak unforcasted wind got a bit to strong for him to do it properly, so he explained that although he wanted to get it on, it wouldn’t be ‘right’ which I was very impressed with. Rather than bodge it together he left and came back this morning, and I have to say he’s done a fantastic job. It fits like a glove, and I’m over the moon with it. Very professional service, quick turn around and a great quality product. Would highly recommend them.

The service and quality of the product were exceptional.
We have been very impressed by this company, its staff and the final product.
Every team member we dealt with had time for us and listened to us, giving us confidence in, what was a large project for us.
Due to certain circumstances, there was a minor problem with fitting, which was handled so professionally with no inconvenience caused.
I feel it says a lot about a company by how it deals with a problem

Titan fitted a rear canopy and front cover to my boat 13 months ago. There's no point leaving a review as soon as it is fitted because you have to experience it to value its worth/quality.
It has been well worth having it fitted and would recommend this company. Couple of minor issues at first but they sorted this without question. I would use this company again should I need to and would highly recommend them.

I had a new cratch cover made for my narrow boat about a year ago. Over a period of time after fitting, it became apparent that some adjustments to the roof panel and structural tubing were required. Toby engaged with me very thoroughly and took on board my observations and suggestions. The cover is now back on, as adjusted, looking great and doing its job. Very happy with how this was taken care of in terms of the after sales service.

DO NOT USE TITAN

if you must, then be prepared for lies, broken promises, poor workmanship, lack of respect and arrogance. My marina suggests using someone else. if you are wondering why it's taken 6 months to leave a review, it's because I was taking legal advice.

I suspect if a response to this is posted, it will be all my fault. Please remember I am happy to post the email chain.

In summary the original install date was July and the canopy wasn't fitted to my satisfaction until November, even if it was the wrong colour.

Lies
The canopy was due to be fitted at the start of July and the accounts department sent me the final bill (50%). At this point the canopy hadn't even been made. I requested a refund several times as there was no installation date- these requests were totally ignored.

Broken Promises
Numerous dates for the initial installation, rectification work and call back dates were not adhered to. Even when the weather was taken into account for visits they didn't show up.

Poor Workmanship
On several occasions I could not believe that they were happy to leave the canopy so badly fitted.

Lack of Respect
No respect shown for my property. Black soled boot marks all over the deck and old canopy just left on the edge of pier some of which ended up in the water.
Receiving an email from the director in a red font in capitals (the equivalent of screaming at me).

Arrogance
They really have forgotten who the customer is. I was expected to ok cutting plans with no annotation in a short period of time. As well as less than pleasant emails, some of the conversation were not pleasant.

Again I say do not use.

How refreshing, a company that delivers what was promised and more! From the start of design to fitting this has been an absolute triumph! Our new canopy was fitted today & could not be more happy with the end product. Great team! Highly recommended. Keep up the great work guys 🤩🤩

As previous comments, very poor customer service. Bought a boat with titan canopy fitted and asked them if they could make an extra piece to which they agreed. Then fobbed me off with a few emails about its being measured and then made and then nothing after a number of emails

Several months ago I decided to have a full canopy fitted to my SeaRay boat so set about searching for a suitable company to work with. I settled on Titan because their professionalism filled me with more confidence than some others I spoke with did.
We settled on today for measurements to be taken and I arranged to meet Karl between 8.30 & 9.00 this morning and he was in the car park bang on time so I’m already feeling confident. Karl set about taking measurements with some very up to date scanning equipment while all the time explaining the process to me. Karl was very professional and so far I am very impressed. So first part of the process completed and I will let you know how the next step goes but I am happy so far 👍

Having paid over two thousand pounds in 2019, the after sales service and communication from this company is terrible.
In this day and age of tech i was told they would have to dig out my drawings and get back to me with a price for a replacement panel as they had the bright idea to leave a hole for the tiller which has no effect on tiller and lets water into the boat, I heard nothing i chased it up and still nothing. Whilst having work done to my rear deck recentley i needed to remove the skirt panel, i cant at the bottom press studs great they un pop, at the top press studs no, its been stuck to rail with some sort of strong tape absoloutley brilliant not two grand now another example of shoddy workmanship.
Do not bother with this company if you have any issues they just ignore you.
