Absolutely terrible experience. I placed my order in November, and now it’s already March and the pots I ordered still haven’t arrived. The order was sent incorrectly, and despite the fact that the company’s own policy states they should provide a return label, they refuse to do so.

I have sent multiple emails asking for help, but they completely ignore me. No replies, no solution, nothing. This level of customer service is unacceptable.

This seller is dishonest and completely untrustworthy. They take your money and then ignore you when there is a problem. I strongly warn others to be very careful before ordering from this company. I would never buy from them again.
If you don’t want to be scammed like I was, stay away from this company and don’t buy anything from them. I absolutely do not recommend them.

After waiting over 6Weeks for my very expensive frying pan to be delivered and following the instructions provided the supposed titanium pan performed poorly. I retried the suggested process twice and everything I tried to cook stuck to the pan. The pan just burnt. Got a better pan from local supermarket. The pan is just substandard to what is advertised its going in the bin lesson learnt .Titancore-UK should not be in business. The government departments that monitor these things is failing. Titan core-UK is defrauding customers and getting away with it. Would of given minus star rating if it was possible

Ordered weeks ago and still not arrived, refusal to commit to a refund and blaming Yodel for the delay.
Repeatedly emailed requesting a refund only to be fobbed off with it’s on its way.
Tracking checked and it still hasn’t moved.
Avoid this company/product as they don’t provide the service they claim on the website.

Have been waiting over 4 weeks for my product. No one addelressing my queries. When I finally lose my patience I get someone saying waiting to gey am update from Shipment team. Asked for a refund several times. Keep being ignored. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

***DO NOT BUY*** overpriced sub-standard product with long delivery time and impossible to return. Temu style product with a ruffoni price. Cheap. Handle came unattached in cheap packaging and now finding it very difficult to send back.

I would love to write a better review but as the pan and cutting board haven’t been delivered yet…. I can’t! I hope this doesn’t mean it’s been lost in transit?? I am still looking forward to actually receiving it and trying it out.

Pans have many manufacture defects, including sharp edges and flimsy handles. I am also waiting for a refund. Will I receive it? My advice is to avoid.

Fraudsters what a waste of money food sticks to the pan they are definitely not titanium I’ve had better pans that cost me 10 pound from tkmax and when you try to send them back the cost to ship them back is ridiculous I can honestly say what a rip off company should be closed down big lesson learned here

The pans arrived so we tried to cook some steak first, the pan base popped up leaving the pan with only 30mm touching the hotplate. The noise that was heard gave my wife a fright. There is now a dark mark in the base of the pan that won't come off.
They are very poor quality.
And the gaslighting I am receiving is incredulous.

One star only so far, as order has not arrived yet, waiting since 4 weeks now. Ordered excactly two times, the first and the last.

I have a pan that I paid £9.99 for and it is by far better than this one that I paid £100 for. It is absoloute rubbish and is going in the bin as no point in trying to get a refund from this scam company. Disgusting company with false advertising and slick videos.

I did not receive what I ordered. I ordered a titanium pan for an very expensive price and received a small stainless steel pan with aluminum handle. That is obviously a fraudulent transaction

It was going to be a gift for my daughter. I changed my mind after checking with her as she'd read the reviews and also wanted a different size frypan. The advertised 'special' was a scam. Their return policy says you can cancel within 8 hours of making an order. I requested them to cancel via their designated email 1 hour and 33 minutes after making the order. They replied it had already been posted, but the tracking advice I received said it wasn't posted until the next day.

I really can't give a product review since I have never received the skillets, pan and lid I ordered! Will you please look into this matter? My information:

Complete rip off! Consistent with all reviews below this pan is not non stick despite all attempts to temper/season my pan. They absolutely refuse refunds. Complete crooks. Sham company.

What they told me was just plain stupid. Titancore-UK wants me to pay 30Euros ($35.36) American dollars to ship the pan back. That’s approximately 1/3 the cost of the pan. They will then decide whether or not they will refund my money. The never indicated what would happen if they did not accept the pan for refund. Titancore-UK should not be in business. The government departments that monitor these things is failing. Titan core-UK is defrauding customers and getting away with it. I will do everything possible to ensure the public learns of this company’s tactics on every social media platform available.

What went wrong "this time"? It sounds to me like you are used to getting unfavourable reviews. And rightly so! Titanium pans? HAHAHAHAHAHA! On the back of the pan is clearly engraved STAINLESS STEEL! You sold me Titanium pans and I received Stainless steel ones. How do you think I feel?

Oh they look nice I only got them (2) yesterday so I have cooked in it once. I slightly burned the Haloumi cheese and it was really hard to scrub off. So not good on that score as well. I am 78 and I've used all manner of cookware. This promised to be much better than anything else I have used. It was not.
You said it was TITANIUM.
It was not.
It is STAINLESS STEEL.
Why have you lied to me? To get me to buy your product and then, Oh well too bad!?
I feel too low to even send them back so I will learn from my mistake and never buy from you again and warn my friends and tell them to spread the word. I am a pensioner but you obviously need the money more than I do, so you can live with the dishonesty and tricky advertising and deceitful ways. Just remember, karma is a bi*ch and it is coming for you.

I purchased a titanium non-stick pan based on the claims of the advertising, and reassured by the offer of a 100-day trial with free returns on the Titan-core website.
The pan arrived, and after multiple attempts to cook with it in accord with their instructions and guidance, it just doesn't work for anything delicate such as eggs and fish. The situation is marginally improved if you use a significant volume of oil, but this is very wasteful and totally opposed to the claims of the seller that only a teaspoon of oil is required.
Worse was to come. When I requested to return the item both as being unfit for purpose, where the company states that return cost is covered by them, and also in line with their advertised 'free returns' under their '100-day trial', they are refusing to honour this and are insistent that I cover the cost of the return.
Based on this, do not believe a word of the advertising on their website.
