I had a very disappointing experience with Titan Eye+ online services.
I purchased two glasses under order number TEP-3001212024. Initially, there was an issue with the prescription, which took about a week to resolve after multiple chats with customer support.
However, after the prescription issue was sorted, the order became completely stuck. For nearly two more weeks, I kept following up and was repeatedly told that the issue was being “escalated.” Eventually, after almost four weeks in total, the order was cancelled without any notice or communication.
When I asked for the reason behind the cancellation, I received unrelated and unreliable responses from customer support, which made the experience even more frustrating.
This has honestly been the worst online shopping experience I have had with a Tata brand. It has completely affected my trust in Titan Eye+ online services, and I am now seriously reconsidering whether to buy from them again.
Titan Eye+ should either significantly improve its online customer service and order management system or rethink the entire online operation. Based on my experience, I would not recommend buying online from them to anyone.
