- Ordered a keyboard on March 2
- No contact until March 10 when I reached out to see if they needed more delivery details
- Titan nation CS replied a few days later, the colour I selected wasn't in stock
- I could either go with black or white with an 8% (wow omg) discount, or get a refund
- So my order didn't get flagged for over a week and wasnt noticed until I reached out.
- Plus even after they were aware of stock irregularities on the store, they still haven't taken down the out of stock colours

I ordered a keyboard and it didn't work at all. Support was poor and I was offerd the same solution over and over. After 2 months they offered to return it. I then tried for 6 months to get a return label. Finally they agreed to pay for the return shipping. Keaboard was 80 EUR and return shipping 40 EUR. I now payed for both and don't get any answers at all. Money gone product gone. I must assume this shop is a total loss. If anybody is interested I can provide the hole conversation

Others told me about this retailer. I have never heard about them before so I was a litle suspicious, but I had a great experience after getting the product. The site is also easy to navigate in and it said that the sipping will be 7-14 days and it arrived in 8 days (Central Europe) while other reviews said it arrived late. I can recommend this website as some products are much cheaper even compared to buying from the manufacturer.

So long story short i bought a very nice keyboard on that store and i was a little scared of buying something from the store ad first and there were very bad revieuws everywhere so i just bought it and hoped for the best it said it would be deliverd in 7-14 work days so i just waited and waited it was the 14 day and i thought today is the day its coming it dint but the day after so the (15th-16th) but i am very happy with my keyboard its not a scam it just arives later than it says
