Our dispensing practice went live with Titan in June 2024.
Dan the Titan implementation lead stayed with the practice throughout, providing excellent training and ensuring that everything ran smoothly. This great customer service has been ongoing, with any questions answered quickly and support and guidance provided without hesitation.
The most recent update which now has full stock control, has been such a benefit to us. Again, the support we received during this implementation was first class.
Our owed items queue has decreased from about 150 to less than 20.

As the new owner of Askern Pharmacy, one of the first decisions I made was to replace our previous PMR system with Titan PMR from day one of taking over the pharmacy. I’m very pleased to say that the experience has been excellent from start to finish.
Even before we officially started using the system, the Titan team were incredibly supportive. They took the time to advise us on the correct equipment and ensured that everything was set up remotely before our first day. This preparation made a huge difference — when the new computers arrived, it was simply a case of plugging them in and we were ready to go.
A special mention must go to Nas, our trainer, who has been absolutely fantastic. She has supported us every step of the way and made the entire transition smooth and stress-free. On our first day, we closed the pharmacy for two hours so Nas could deliver a full training session to the team. This was extremely helpful and gave everyone the opportunity to learn the system properly and ask questions about anything they were unsure of.
My first impression of Titan PMR is that it is an incredibly efficient system. The way it organises the prescription workflow ensures that nothing gets missed and everything is clearly tracked throughout the process. It also addresses many of the common issues that traditional PMR systems struggle with, making day-to-day pharmacy operations much smoother.
Overall, I’m very impressed with Titan PMR and the level of support provided by the team. I would highly recommend it to any pharmacy looking for a modern, efficient, and well-supported PMR system.

Introducing... TITAN PMR at Nanty Pharmacy!!
Install and Go Live date was Friday 6th February 2026.
I was warned that changing PMRs is super stressful and to expect a nightmare few weeks getting to grips with it all 😬
And instead what I've found is... complete and utter relief 😌
The past six months or so, I've been in the pharmacy probably 12 hours a day every day, sacrificing my home life just to keep all the plates spinning. It's been exhausting 😮💨 and is totally unsustainable - not to mention the real risk of errors from fatigue causing lapse in concentration, especially when checking, as I'd often be in the consultation room from the minute we open at 9am, until we shut at 5:30, doing 20-30 consultations per day, with no time for water / loo break (let alone lunch), then shutting up shop and doing the remainder of the checking after hours - even with a part time ACT in a low dispensing store, I've found it incredibly challenging and mentally wearing.
I was prepared for this month to be a lot of pain for the long term gain, but actually this system is so intuitive and easy to pick up, it's been a breeze so far.
The install and support from Titan and Victoria Carling has been incredible. My team, who were nervous about switching, are completely reassured and excited about using it going forward.
If you're having it installed, I'd recommend doing the following so that the team have the time and headspace to learn the basics:
📢 Prepare patients for the change - I put a Facebook post out the week before advising there'd be limited service provision on Friday and Monday, and advised the surgeries the same
👩🏻⚕️👨🏼⚕️Get another pharmacist in to cover consultations for a day or two whilst you're leaning the system.
I don't like limiting service provision, even for a day or two, because my business so heavily relies on it, but it made the world of difference and allowed my team to fully utilise Victoria's training without running around the dispensary trying to attend to twenty things at once (as is usual community pharmacy!)
The second day of operating with Titan was the first Monday in over a year that I've left ON TIME (not to brag) - my family will be sick of the sight of me soon enough 🤣
I am so excited about the opportunities this will offer me and my patients. I feel safe in the knowledge that there are robust measures in place for reducing errors, and keeping a track of each prescription at every stage is a game changer for us. I can focus on my consultations without the dread of knowing I've got several hours of checking to do when we close. AND paperless = save the trees! 🌳
I am very much fangirling at our new PMR right now! And excited about how this will enable us to grow the business without driving me into the ground 😆
If anyone is thinking about the switch, I would one hundred percent encourage you to go for it 💯

I have used Titan across several pharmacies now over the past 2 years and find it so much better than other pmr systems. I feel more confident and even when first training on the system the team were great. It is easy to use and eliminates scope for potential errors. Absolutely love the system. I have recently implemented the system in my own DSP pharmacy and Madge has been great in helping me with the set up and then checked in to see how we are.
Titan is a game changer.
