Nas our trainer today was absolutely amazing! Took the time with each team member to properly explain everything for us and answered any and all of our queries! She is a great asset to the titan team!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Nour, a Pharmacist from Titan PMR System, who came into our pharmacy to demonstrate and help us implement their system. From the start, he was incredibly professional, patient, and thorough.
Not only did he provide a clear, step-by-step demonstration of how the system works, but he also made sure that every single staff member understood the software inside and out. He was attentive to all questions and concerns, ensuring that no one left with any confusion. It was clear that he genuinely cared about making the transition as smooth as possible for our team.
His approachable manner and ability to explain complex features in simple terms made the entire process much easier and less stressful. He even followed up after the session to ensure everything was running smoothly. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and we’re now confident in using the Titan PMR System thanks to his support.

We have gone live with Titan today and had Nour and Bhavin on site with us providing support and teaching us. it was great to have them both and Nour's knowledge of our Meditech robot that also went live today was invaluable.

The remote training before hand by Bhavin was great to ensure we all knew how to use Titan effectively before hand. My staff love it and know everything is going to be easier and quicker and from a pharmacist allowing us to provide services to our community

The specialist advice and support from Nour was brilliant. Implementation day is today and it has been a smooth and controlled day!
So far so great, no regrets. My staff have embraced the change and I know in a day or two with the repetition they will hate me if I consider switching to another PMR provider or ask them to move to another branch which hasn't been transitioned to Titan yet !

Titan has always been on our radar, but we finally took the plunge a few weeks ago and are not looking back! Any change, especially within a stabilised Pharmacy setup will always be difficult for customers and staff (young and old!) but this change is both worthwhile and beneficial for all.

A special mention has to go to Maj, who despite our teething troubles, managed to look after us all along the whole journey always checking in on us!

I’ve recently started using Titan’s Repeat Flow feature, and the impact on my workload has been incredible.
At first, I was sceptical about how much difference it would make but now that I’ve set up the therapies correctly as repeatables, the system handles everything automatically, reliably, and without the need for manual input.

A special thanks to Naz at Titan, who was fantastic in guiding me through the setup her support made all the difference.

As a pharmacist, I believe Repeat Flow is one of the most exceptional and time-saving features Titan offers.

After completing our 10 Titan PMR installations across our pharmacy group, we can confidently say that the experience has been nothing short of exceptional from start to finish.

We have branches dispensing as few as 3,000 items to sites processing over 25,000 items each month, and from teams of 2 staff to busy stores with 24 staff. Regardless of the size or complexity of the branch, Titan PMR has delivered a seamless, tailored implementation every time.

I transitioned to Titan PMR just over a month ago, and and I couldn’t be happier with the decision.

While any transition comes with its challenges, the level of support has been exceptional, and the system's functionality is outstanding.

The implementation team has been consistently available to assist, and Saj is always accessible to provide guidance and support. Although the shift represents a significant change in our workflow, it has been well worth the adjustment, and I cannot envisage returning to the previous method of manually printing prescriptions and labeling.

I would not go back to another PMR and can't wait to bring across our other sites to TITAN. More to come and cant wait to keep working with the team and Nour!
