The service was reasonably fast, but a little confusing. I never received an order confirmation, and I never received an email when the item was ready. I had to log in to see the status and delivery information.
This would have been much better if I received the emails listed above, otherwise, great.

We are humans delivering the items, not bots. Mistakes can happen once every few hundred orders. Your torch was placed on the mule account along with some extra free items as soon as we saw your support ticket.
