Just a big money suck. Other sites have done me better. Could have a better selection of games, not many of the game providers that the other sites have. Customer service is responsive though. Overall it was easy to close my account and move on.

This is a great casino that has a vast amount of games to choose from!

I buy a pack that is in my store ($2250 for 2500sc). I play a lot of blackjack with that pack. While playing, I start playing 25 sc hands. I win a lot of money. After winning a lot, I am told I am under review. Then after being stalled a lot and having no answers (but people saying I am good to go several times), 250 of the sc that I won WAS TAKEN out of my account.
They do not inform me of this, I have to go in and find it and then ask about it. I get several non answers and then some lame “oh that pack wasn’t meant for you.” explanation.
When I tried to ask for this money back, I had a strange exchange with someone claiming to be the CEO who just banned me. I got my money out at least, but they did not give the 250 back.

So far great experience overall customer support is always attentive and responsive everything is really transparent I’ve won a little bit so far no to become millionaire but I ma on the track I highly recommend this to anyone who wanna try a casino 😌

So I am completely new to Titan Treasure and I am so completely impressed immediately ...( Backstory won some money in a casino recently ...won't pay ...no contact with anybody bot or human ...nothing dead silent ) I been reading lots of reviews complaints etc ...I read today: Do your verification early don't wait until you win something but also a credible casino is requiring KYC before you can play ...so when signed up for Titan Treasure yesterday it prompted me to do the KYC to be able to play or purchase or collect bonus ...that was rather comforting today not feeling like a big ol roadblock ...so it was through a reputable verification company and immediately I pushed the start button ...seemed to glitch skipped a part then ended ...I sent an email this morning and forgot about it ...checking my messages this evening I got a reply in a short time first apologizing for any inconvenience then welcoming in a way that makes you feel like they are genuinely glad you are here ...then it was as painless as this ...we need two things ID and selfie ...here is where you can send them and offered a link to casino chat or said I could just reply to this email attach the documents ...and they would manually get the verification done so I could be on my way to playing and wished me luck ...I have only felt that way in one other casino but today when I was asked to do the KYC instead of it being dreaded I thought ...HELL YEA! These people have a good welcome bonus and not only are they preparing and hoping I spend some money but they are making sure all the steps necessary steps to redeem are being fulfilled like they are getting prepared to pay me too !
