AVOID THIS COMPANY! Soon after I paid $14.95, I discovered that this would be a recurring subscription with more fees. I requested a cancellation, which they reluctantly did. I also requested a refund of the initial $14.95. They said that could not be done, but that I should make an appointment for an "included" consultation. I made an appointment for a consultation, but no one from Title ever contacted me. I again asked for my money back and just received a form response saying that would not be possible. Scam.

SCAM. No cancelation or refund.
This site offers a 14 day trial but will take your $ right away and then refuse to refund it if you decide it’s not for you. I purchased on Jan 10 and then looked through their site which doesn’t give you any information. I realized it was not what they claimed to be and was shocked to see a charge on my card for $100, so I tried to cancel right away and well with in the free trial period. This is the response I got from Alex Black, customer service rep, “I want to inform you that our money-back policy does not cover certain situations. These include personal reasons, such as the product not meeting your expectations, and financial reasons, like unexpected charges from trial conversions or automatic renewals.” WAIT WHAT. First, there was no product, I didn’t buy anything. It’s a scam. Don’t use PayPal because they won’t help either. Stay away.
Also buyer beware, this company is
located in Cyprus not in the USA!

The stylist was good
The stylist was good. Gave me nice ideas but i was not able to see the outfits. After the session I clicked through to see the outfit choices and there was nothing coming up?
So on this basis I can't say if the idea works or not? Not sure what the fees are for either not clear in what you get and what you are paying for. Need to be more transparent

I was under the impression that I was…
I was under the impression that I was purchasing a package for $14.99 and it ended up being $44.99. I contacted customer service and they said I missed the window for the sale price. That window must have been 2 seconds because I purchased just moments after I saw it. Also, there was a 29.99 added to my account which I never authorized. They said I authorized it and I have no way to prove them wrong. There was a customer satisfaction guarantee label on their app so I felt safe purchasing but there is no customer satisfaction. They stated to me that if a customer is not satisfied with the product that is not grounds for a refund. I entered my data and the suggestions were so far from helpful. I stated I do not wear sleeveless. Half the suggestions were sleeveless. I stated I am a teacher and appreciate casual wear. Most of my suggestions were very structured, fitted, business dresses with high heels. I dont know any teachers who wear that. Extremely disappointed and ended up spending $75 on NOTHING. Highly recommend avoiding this company.

A consistent pattern emerges in these complaints: customers describe being charged for services they did not authorize and then denied refunds, with several explicitly labeling the practice a scam.
My experience mirrors these reports exactly. I purchased only the $14.99 promotional offer, yet an additional $29.99 charge was applied without my consent. Within minutes, I contacted the company by email to dispute the charge.
The response I received is the same one repeatedly documented in customer reviews: a request that the customer call to “see what can be done.” This response shifts the burden to the customer and delays resolution. The appropriate and ethical action—especially when an unauthorized charge is reported immediately—is to issue the refund without obstruction or delay, rather than hiding behind a rigid refund policy.
Companies that act in good faith do not require customers to negotiate for the return of money that should never have been taken in the first place.
