Tivara-Oslo - a scam

I received a jumper which was very much too small, even though I ordered a large (I am normally a medium, but wanted a bigger fit, so ordered a L).
There is no label, so I have no idea what size it is. Not even a brand label. The material is terrible quality.
I have requested a return address and keep getting responses saying I can keep it and get 15% off the price. When I say it's the wrong size (too small) I get a response that I can gift it to someone. When I say 'no thank you, just a return address' they offer me 20% off. Still no return address.
It's ongoing, but it's definitely a scam! Do not order from them!!
