Exactly like other reviews. I paid a year. First day everything seemed to work nice. But my credentials suddenly became invalid a couple days later. Radio silence from people that were reacting to my messages instantly when I was purchasing.

Keep away from these scammers.

Great service and very good customer support which is very important with IPTV services

This is one of the worst scams I’ve ever experienced online. I paid for a full year of IPTV service with TIVI Portal, and the app barely worked for 2–3 days before everything just stopped. No connection to their servers. No access to content. Nothing.

Since then, it’s been radio silence from their side. I’ve sent messages, emails—not a single reply. It’s as if they took my money and vanished. Zero customer support. Zero accountability. Just theft.

Let’s be clear: TIVI Portal is not a legitimate service—this is a straight-up cash grab. They’ll take your money and ghost you. No one should trust this provider with a single dollar.

If you’re considering this service, turn around and run the other way. There are countless red flags here: fake promises, no reliability, no ethics, and no shame in scamming customers.

Do NOT get fooled like I did. TIVI Portal deserves to be shut down.

I paid. At the beginning everything went well but after few days no more channels and no reply at all from the customer service. Worst experience with IPTV so far. Run away from it.

I brought 1 device for 2 years, it worked for 2 days only, contact him over email and whatsapp, no reply at all, avoid it at any cost
