I was placed with an insurance company, quoted, and insured within 30 minutes, maybe less. A different private company I called said it would take a week. Glad it’s done and happy with my choice!

Terrible
Terrible, shuffled from person to person, each person asking the same questions and passing me off to another company. This is like data mining for info and giving you nothing. STAY AWAY.
Call a local agent over this trash company
I filled out a form online to get a quote, but they said I have to call in to finish. I called and the ai bot asked me all the exact same questions I had already answered, then transferred me to a customer service agent. That person said an insurance agent is available for me to talk to, so they transferred me… to a dead line. I called again, was able to skip past the bot, and that agent also transferred me to a dead line. So I called again third time, explicitly stating to the agent that I keep getting sent to dead lines and she said one moment, then transferred me to a dead line.
I am not joking when I say I called one more time, told the agent what kept happening, and she smartly replied “well that just means the agent is out of office for the day” as if I were the dumb one to even be mad about that.
I cannot fully describe to you the level of rage I felt after all this.
I, along with others here I see, are warning you not to waste your time with this seemingly “quick and easy” business. It’s useless at best and infuriating and insulting at worst.
