Don’t buy with Tix!!
Don’t buy with Tix. They changed the flights twice and then they finally canceled it, and we never got our money back. They don’t respond to “customer service” ( it doesn’t exist ). They make you pay for an insurance that will be useless. And on top of that, the only option you’ll have if you want to cancel after so many changes your flights ( even destinations! ) is to pay extra money to get your money back. Surreal. Don’t do it. Thefts.

Do not use this service
It is impossible to edit your reservation or get help. They do not even tell you which airline you are flying on or if you are taking a plane or a train. When booking they do not even give you the opportunity to check the amount of luggage you want and if you try to edit it days later it is an absolute nightmare. I have taken over 50+ flights in my life and I have never struggled so much. Please do yourself a favor and book elsewhere, this website and booking process is a NIGHTMARE

Deception and scam
I bought a flight Valencia-Manila with them for february 2020, the flight scale was through Hong Kong, coronavirus problems there, they didn't change my scale/connection I had to cancel the flight because they offered full refund (around 600€) after 8 months of asking and filling claims they sent me a voucher of 61€. I will never again will use this agency or any similar.

Don't use this site ever!!
This is one of the worst websites I've ever used to book a flight. During the pandemic my flights got cancelled, and I paid around 345 euros for 2 tickets plus an additional changing date fee of 240 euros, but the flight got cancelled so I should've received 585 euros, but I only received 290 euros back. they would not refund the 240 euros I paid to change the flight even though the flight got cancelled.
not to mention they completely got rid of a phone line during the pandemic, and would take ages to get back to you, and was not clear with any of their responses. Seriously nothing was easy with this website

Bought a ticket to Tokyo with Tix.es. They cancelled my ticket 1 week after the payment with NO explanation. They return my money 1 month after the cancelation. I couldn't buy a new ticket as the prices are very high when I receive my money back. I had to cancel all my travel. Terrible customer service, fraud agency. Please don't use TIX!
