I wasn't able to get concert ticket for my favourite singer and a friend recommended this ticketing agent. I was skeptical at first but I was willing to take chances. When I finally got the ticket, I was even more unsecure as it was a named ticket and it was in my name. There's nothing much I could as I already paid. On that event day, I managed to get in without any issue and enjoyed the concert!
