Customer service was great!!

Customer service was great!!! I accidentally sent my ticket confirmation email to an email that was full on storage so i didn’t receive it. i quickly emailed support after updating my storage and they quickly got it sent to me. within 20 minutes fast!!! i was very pleased with the help i received. thanks to them i didn’t panic for long.

Fast and Helpful!

An error happened during my purchase (still undetermined if it was user or system error) that resulted in me getting a ticket for an incorrect date. The Tixr team was quick to respond and help me resolve the issue and made sure I had a ticket for the correct date. From my first contact until resolution, it was less than four hours.

Quick and Easy Name Update

I needed to change one of my tickets to reflect my husband's name, and it took maybe 5 minutes for ya'll to respond, then I gave his info and that was all! 8 minutes total to have this handled for a beloved upcoming festival!

awesome customer service recovering tickets

I was initially unable to secure my previously purchased tickets to an upcoming concert as my work email had been terminated when I retired. Tixr customer support responded promptly ( same day) and worked with me to transfer tickets to a new email address. This occurred after hours on a weekday and weekend. Very impressed !! Absolutely outstanding customer service at a time when most companies don't put much emphasis on this.

Payment issues

My last few payments failed and I was worried my payment plan was going to be cancelled. I knew I had the funds available and was getting frustrated they kept failing. The support person helping me was very patient while I was trying to figure out what was going wrong. It ended up being an error on my banks part. Eventually I switched to a different card and we got the payments settled. Support messaged back super fast every time I emailed. I’m very thankful for their help. :)
