I sent an email during my lunch hour explaining that I couldn’t find my tickets.
By the time I checked for a response - there it was. I consider that record time. Very impressive. This worked out perfectly.
With much appreciation.

I had purchased tickets for a concert several months before. When I searched for the tickets on my phone the night before, I could not find them anywhere. I sent an email to tixr.com and they sent me a copy of the tickets within 5 minutes. Awesome customer service! Thanks guys!

My tickets for an event happening this weekend were sent to the wrong email address. I was very panicked. I had one day to figure this out before the event started and sent an email out got in a response back almost less than 30 minutes later we’re very helpful. Couldn’t have been more happy with the support line.

These people have turned against their own people for money. Robert Davari and Patrick Stavro.asked for insurance money 50$ incase in case I could not make it I gave them 1 and a half months notice more then 3 times I called left a message on ladies phone I will have to look her name up but no call back but I bet if you owed money to the buffalo chip you would be on her call list. They have literally take. The fun out of the chip I was there in 11 and 15 and 18 but it’s changeing you can’t even bring your own beer in in your trailer they have to ruin your human rights by searching your trailer this would never have happened with the old owner but the 2 billion they make during sturgis not enough

TIXR customer service is an exception in these days of anonymity. I had an issue - self-created - with tickets. They solved it in minutes. It was shockingly fast & very appreciated. First-rate.

Anyone heard of TIXR? They are a US based ticketing platform used by Wild Immersion at the NEC. BE VERY CAREFUL using this company! We bought tickets at the beginning of July for Monday next week, thought it'd be a lovely treat during the summer holidays.
First of all, their website threw a wobbly when buying the tickets, took us back to the purchasing page with no confirmation of purchase issued. So we had to go through the whole process again only to find that, whilst we had confirmation for our second attempt, we later found 2 payments had been taken and 2 orders appeared in the TIXR account. It was THEIR WEBSITE that caused the problem but will they refund? Absolutely not! They've cancelled 1 order but still refused refund.
Still, we were looking forward to going, reluctantly accepting it had cost us double. Train tickets booked as an extra special treat. Luckily, we were checking on our event ready for next Monday only to find they have sold us tickets for an event that is closed Mon, Tues & Wed throughout August! We contacted TIXR last night by email. Their reply was to thank us for 'reaching out' to them and confirming that the event is closed for the day they'd sold the tickets for. No notification had been sent and no apology. We found out by pure chance and we'd have turned up at the event to be very disappointed.
They have offered a refund of the tickets but as they'd cancelled the 1st order it is highly unlikely we'll receive the refund for both ('unscrupulous' comes to mind). Plus, of course, we've got train tickets paid for and nowhere to go!

Through patient, kind, and helpful email correspondence, we were able to have the tickets I purchased transferred from a typo email to my correct email and avoid paying an extra grand.

Quick response and very kind response about giving away tickets last minute because I got sick. This is why I always come back to street food cinema because I love seeing movies with y’all and using Tixr!

I tried to purchase a ticket today and made it through the process seemingly without issue. Then I get an email saying I purchased a ticket for a first responder. No, I did not. If Tixr actually cared about them they'd pay for the tickets themselves. They fraudulently changed my ticket to a gift for someone else. Or there was a major glitch and they can refund my money or provide the ticket. I've filed a fraud report with the FTC.
Edit: It's easy for Tixr to claim everything was completely accurate on the site. All they have to do is lie, which is the tactic they've chosen to go. If everything was as it should be, why would the venue literally have a refund list? Obviously, there was an issue that enough people experienced in order for there to be an actual list of people needing a refund. Tixr failed in preparation, and is most likely in on a scam that enables one group to purchase all the tickets and then resell them on the Tixr, or affiliated, platform. Get them coming and going.
Edit 2: Maybe people shouldn't keep their payment information stored with them, since they're not very tech literate. Their repeated attempts to double-down further derail their reputation.

I had a question about tickets I purchased and submitted a question. Their response was quick and contained detailed information that help clear some confusion I had about the tickets

I love how intuitive they make it to go from finding an event to making a ticket purchase. No unnecessary steps! I had a few hiccups but the support representative I spoke with was super responsive & helpful. 10/10 would use Tixr again.
