I have always been really happy with TJC and, although their service this time was excellent as always, the watch I received was faulty and a huge disappointment.
I'm pretty sure it was an error to be sent out in that state so it certainly won't put me off shopping with them again.

Long lasting great value and service
I don't usually have Occasion to ring customer service,but on a price check difference I rang and the young man who dealt with my query was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. He quickly sorted the price promise difference out. This is the standard of service I have come to expect as a long time customer.
