Online website also good and easy to use!
Store honours the online prices too, which is a must in my eyes.

My order really was in stock, ordered Sunday night and arrived first post Tuesday morning, very pleased with this fast efficient service.

Great range of kits, all competitively priced, backed up by a wealth of experience. Oh, and delivery fast and usually free.

Very helpful, placed an order online for a DX8 originally to be delivered but then remembered I'd be driving past the next day... called them to explain and was no problem for them, they held the item in store for collection with no issues at all.

I called the shop as I w`s having a problem with an item I purchased, I received excellent customer service from all the members of staff as well as some very good advice based on personal experience from Chris and John couldn't have been more helpful when it came to arranging collection and replacement.

I really can say buy with confidence from TJD Models, for once we have an excellent model shop offering some of the lowest prices yet with service and advice thats top notch, an unusual and gratifying combination thats made this shop my "go to" shop for all my RC needs.

This is a really good model shop. They have a great range of kits. The staff are all model enthusiasts, so they can offer top level advice. I thought the customer service was excellent. Browsing and buying with them was an enjoyable experience.

Really good service, I had a problem but it was due to manufacture rather than TJD Models. They replaced the faulty product free of charge and I got it back within the same week
