We recently had the pleasure of dealing with Tjs Properties who we took on for the job of selling our property in Nottinghamshire. We unfortunately lived some distance away so the team took on the responsibility of showing all potential buyers around and ensuring that the property was safe and secure. We can't thank Lorraine, Nicole and all the team enough for their kindness and professionalism in the selling of the property. From the beginning to the end they dealt with all matters so we were able to relax knowing it was in safe hands and we were also lucky not to have waited to long for a sale.
We would highly recommend this company as in our option they stand out from from larger national companies due to being local and taking on peoples needs. Keep the good up.

We bought our house through TJS. Lorraine and all the staff that I spoke to were brilliant. Communication through phonecalls and emails was great - Lorraine always got back to me if I missed her in the office. They were brilliant in finding quotes from solicitors too and when we needed a roof inspection and a drainage report she helped arrange that too. I would not hesitate to sell this house through them as they really have been helpful and available throughout the whole process.

Selling my late mother's house could have been awkward as I live the other side of the country, but TJS staff have been fantastic, going the extra mile to find tradesmen and organising quotes for a range of jobs that needed doing, and popping in to check on the house in the cold weather etc. Communication has been excellent and the whole affair has been stress free. I also appreciated that all the staff were up to speed on where my sale was up to so any time I rang my queries could be answered immediately. Great work everyone!

TJS have been an excellent letting agent managing our existing 5 properties and then marketing a new development of 9 new builds for long term letting. From the outset Design to advice in flirting and finishes through to letting the properties with quality tenants as soon as the properties became available their staff have been very helpful and professional always dealing with queries in a timely manner

I would recommend and use TJS again

TJS made the sale of our property as easy as it could be. Right from the start when the property was valued, they gave us some simple advice to help with the sale. They were always very professional and friendly. The photos of our property looked great, they carried out the viewings for us and it was sold within 6 days!
We had problems with the house we were buying and TJS were great in keeping our buyer informed and up to date so he knew what was happening. Right up until after we moved TJS were helpful, friendly and supportive throughout the process. They were extremely professional and kept us and our solicitor fully up to date.
Through moving we came into contact with several estate agents. We put an offer in on one house which fell through but we got quite far in the process, and then purchased and moved into another. I can safely say the 2 estate agents looking after the properties we were purchasing were not at all helpful. We couldn’t get hold of them, they didn’t seem to act on our queries and the difference between those two agents and TJS was huge. I would 100% use TJS again. They are professional, knowledgeable and friendly and made the sale of our house as stress free as possible.

I would have no hesitation TJS Property. They dealt with my house sale in a very sensitive and professional way, following the death of my father. They really supported me when things were going slowly (as conveyance often does), chasing and moving things forward the most efficient and effective way they could.
