First class service
From the initial enquiry made to the actual fitment of my mums stairlift was first class. TK Home Solutions made the whole experience simple and straightforward. Our enquiry was handled by sales consultant David who was very professional and knowledgeable thus meaning he could answer all the questions raised around this purchase. The installation was carried out by Chris who did a top job and was very respectful of my mums home. Everybody that I have had dealings with at this company are very courteous and extremely helpful. All in all a great company to deal with and fully justifiable of the Which recommendation. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend TK Home Solutions to anybody looking for a Stairlift. Thank you for making this purchase so easy and the benefit that my mum will get from this lift thus allowing her to remain in the family home hopefully for years to come.

All staff were polite and respectful
All staff were polite and respectful. Made the process smooth and quick. A few issues which although eventually resolved prevent scoring 5 star. After repairs were carried out lift has been working fine. Materials are good quality and design is stylish.

Initial visit to explain what could be done was as good as expected. Waiting time fine. Fitting by two helpful and competent tehnicians was excellent and the final result is excellent (so far)!
The price was competitive compared with the competition.

An excellent experience
The sales consultant who came to assess the stairs situation w.r.t. fitting a lift and to provide a quote was pleasant, spent time to explain aspects in detail and worked effciently. At no time was there any sales pressure. Similarly, the installation engineer was great and completed the installation of this quality engineering product within 3 hrs. In all, an excellent experience.

Quality and comprehension
This rating is based on quality of staff first, but followed closely by quality of product. Your surveyor and engineer were both professional and calm in their approach. Both exhibited an appropriate level of confidence in the product without any overt salesmanship at any stage. Hence the experience and end decision to purchase unfolded naturally, particularly in comparison with rival companies. Comprehension of context and motivation for purchase of a stair lift was equally high. Listening and responding to customer needs is a skill that was very evident in the two members of staff we dealt with. This gave TKE the clear advantage.

The Company are friendly and attentive
The Company are friendly and attentive. The product is fantastic. Our problem has been the inferior quality of the remote control units. They are of a very poor quality compared to the stair lift. In short a huge disappointment which impacts on the overall impression of the stair lift.

A Good choice of stair lift
A little nervous when first using the stair lift but I quickly gained confidence.
The installation only took a few hours and was carried out by just one person. Everything was explained clearly and a handbook provided that explained everything.

TK are a pleasant company to deal with…
TK are a pleasant company to deal with and the stair lift is good to use except for it's annoying feature of stopping-like the duke of york- halfway up to allow the hinge to fold up. It is frustrating to have to wait whilst this takes place. I see no reason why the chair could not continue to move at the same time. Also the seat belt is on a go-slow where retraction is concerned. Still the engineer will be out for its yearly maintenance and I'll mention it then. It's still safe and saves me the problem of climbing the stairs. Overall good and a good investment.
