the coffee and tea is only for a business class. ridiculous.
In a first class there is only cold beverages. It’s 0 degree today outside and I had a pain in my throat. All the staff members drinking coffee and tea but when I asked for a help because I feel sick and asked to buy coffee tea or even boiled water they said NO. Helpful and humanistic approach. no comments

i am angry! they sold opera tickets, already knowing that the event is being cancelled because of political demonstrations outside on Rustaveli Ave.
not only keeping the transaction fee, also reducing the actual ticket price approx. 20%

No refunds iven on refundable ticket
When you buy railway ticket from tkt.ge they dont provide refunds like if you buy directly from Georgian Railways or other suppliers.
I just lost $50 because they support claimed no refunds 24 hours before department.
If you buy officially, full refund before 15 hours given, and partial refund 1 hour before department.
So just avoid tkt.ge and go with tre.ge or something.
