Company survey offered 2 options, I chose what suited my needs living in the country with an erratic supply.
Scaffolding up on agreed date, but delay in fitting on 5/6 March due to personal problems for one of the fitters. I had to chase for updates and eventually installed on 7/4 . Brilliant fitting team, explained everything in basic fashion for me to understand. Like it so much I’m going to get two more batteries from the company. This is the Sig system, easy to follow.
Would I use them again, a resounding YES

Contacted the company online to arrange a Powerwall 2 quote. A surveyor on-site appointment was arranged 25th March for a visit on the 8th April. I arranged my diary accordingly. A number of Sales calls followed.

On the 7th April I received an e-mail informing me that the company were very busy and therefore they would arrange a telephone quote.

what a waste of my time.

We purchased solar from the TLGEC. The salesmen did a great job of specifying the wrong number of solar panels. Simply couldn’t use a measure tape.

The surveyor also couldn’t measure. Long story short they offered nothing as compensation despite not supplying 2 panels. The payback sums don’t add up with what they installed.

To top it off they installed my EV charger. Which was configured incorrectly , further more having logged several calls no support what so ever.

The return to grid power is all setup incorrectly so doesn’t work.

I would not recommend them, and I’m now in the process of asking for a full refund given the totally none existent support.

Speaking with sigenergy they tell me what’s not working and configured incorrectly. Very poor show.

I used Little Green Energy Company because they said they would manage everything through from start to finish. Unfortunately, the salesman who made all the promises is no longer with the company.

I now find myself with scaffolding that has been up for six weeks, a system that was installed in February, but hasn’t worked for pretty much all of March and the sales support team are refusing to respond to my messages or my phone calls.

They have also installed my panels at an angle of about 15° which is hopeless in the UK. Other than taking legal action, I am not sure what I can do. This is so frustrating.

In order to offer some balance, the guys who did the installation were very friendly and polite. However, I now feel like their employershave taken my money and have no further interest.

Given my time over, I would be very unlikely to use this company again.

Our Powerwall 2 installation by TLGEC in September 2016 has stood the test of time. We have E7 (Economy 7) electricity through Utility Warehouse and our setup includes a SolarEdge inverter. We’re never had any issues and can prove that our installation is greatly cost effective.

Delighted with my solar/ battery set up and having chosen Little Green Energy. From day 1 to receiving handover paperwork yesterday they have been exceptionally helpful, professional and friendly. The only company I contact for a quote who came and did it in person, the other companies did it from google maps (which is fine, byt TLGEC went that extra yard day 1 and kept it up). The quote was thorough and clearly gave me all my options. No pushy sales (unlike others that quoted). On accepting the quote the paperwork was quick and painless (for me). Booking was easy and quick. The installation despite a few issues (beyond their control), was managed with expertise, professional and such friendly customers service. 3 weeks later I am delighted with how welll the set up is working and how much money I am already saving.
Cannot recommend enough

Designed, delivered and installed our solar set up beginning of September and it has worked seamlessly and without any human intervention since. We have 10 panels, PW3 battery plus expansion pack, Gateway and Zappi Car Charger - and everything just works. The panels have been cleverly designed by Little Green to sit in an array of three so we are literally charging from just after dawn to just before dusk. Even in late November our weekly electricity bill is less than £5 per week and we will make money from our export from the spring onwards. Can really recommend this excellent company who employ all their own staff, many of whom have been with them for 10+ years.

The Little Green Energy Company did a super job installing my solar panels. I selected them from eight firms I contacted, and I was very pleased with my choice. They were professional, polite and efficient.

TLGEC added 13 panels and a Powerwall to our new home. The sales guy, Oliver, came to our house and correctly measured the roof area and explained the options. The installation team was fantastic, very hardworking, and super neat. Getting the G99 export license took a while, so do ask about this, but to be fair, this is the DNO (local electricity supply company) being slow. We now have complete home backup, our monthly bill has dropped from £180 to £5 per month, and that includes running EVs. Additionally, we have reduced our carbon emissions by at least 3.2 tons per year. A great local company which I highly recommend. 

Absolutely Superb and well priced (1/2 the price of local competitor). Dylan Brandon and Ryan were a great bunch of lads - meticulous and highly skilled. Very clean. I would recommend these guys to everyone. I used them for 2 Tesla Powerwalls and a Tesla V3 EV install.

The whole experience from the initial home visit and quote to start with, then installation with the behind the scenes admin work, all went smoothly and was very professional throughout. The solar panel/battery system looks great and is working well. Thank you for making it a dare I say it enjoyable experience to get the work done, that we are very happy with.

TLGEC were referred via Tesla for Powerwall 3 supply and installation. Right from the start the approach was professional with clear communication and accurate time lines.

A team of 4 handled the installation maintaining a high quality and obvious attention to detail. The commissioning and handover process was very good.

All of this was co-ordinated by a project manager who did a great job scheduling and communicating

We had our first power outage today, after an incident locally which necessitated turning off the grid to over 800 houses!
Our Powerwall kicked in exactly as designed, and we were powered by battery and solar throughout the power cut, with absolutely no intervention from us.

I could not be happier with the service received from TLGEC.
As the original installing company of my battery, I asked for help to solve a technical problem and from the outset there has been attention to detail and genuine intent to solve the issue for me.
Karrianne was very helpful and displayed excellent technical knowledge from the outset. She kindly arranged for a service call to investigate and proceed from the findings to a soloution.
Today I had a visit from Dylan… a service engineer. Such a great guy from the outset. He listened to a brief synopsis of the problem and within seconds knew immediately what to look at and what the problem was. I could literally see the brain cogs whirring in to action. Dylan was courteous and helpful from the knock on the door until we shook hands as he departed. He carried out a full ‘heath check’ on my 38 panel 10kw array, inverters x 3 and battery and assessed for an upgrade to the gateway box and tech.
It’s such a refreshing change to deal with knowledgeable, quality people and a company that is actually interested in providing the very best service that can be achieved. All too often these days my experience has been the minimum service, often at the lowest standard and cost to the company with the expectation of the maximum return from the customer.
This firm has got its priorities correct in my view. Well done Karrianne and Dylan on literally making my day today. Keep up the great work!

I thoroughly recommend The Little Green Energy Company

From the very start when the surveyor Oliver came to assess our needs, right through to the installation yesterday.

Oliver explained the possible options which would suit us. They would contact UK power networks and have a point of contact for the installation. There was no high pressure sales, just clear advice and a willingness to listen to assess our requirements.

The project manager, Karrianne, arranged a suitable date for installation which took account of our needs and the timing of the UK power network approvals.

Charles and Matt the engineers arrived promptly for the installation and kept us informed on what was happening throughout the day. They were polite and respectful and are a credit to the company.

They helped set up the app on my phone to monitor the system and explained everything clearly.

Great app - nice user interface, lots of graphical info.
Only niggle is lack of explanation about software settings. A wrong setting we didn’t even know about left us failing to charge from overnight off peak grid. There’s no user friendly manual for the software- which imo is essential to get the most from your investment.

Very helpful people and very good at there jobs, have had solar panels and 2 battery's fitted, saving money on house and charging the cars, this is the way to move forward.
