Got my period back thanks to Talvin!
Sometimes, you need a little de-coaching. After consultation, Talvin knew what I actually needed. I was trying so many things at the same time to control my acne and getting my period back. Also, I have been a gym girly for years and always thought; the more, the better. Talvin thought me that moderation instead of restriction from foods can actually be the key in combination with PCOS friendly workouts. She also helped me with my body dysmorphia, which I did not even know I had (!) and most importantly, I got my period back. I am thankful for her help and above all, she is a really friendly, fun and cool woman. Her energy is contagious!

Talvin is very easy to speak to about any PCOS concerns/symptoms. She makes the workouts very straightforward enough to do at home as well as encourages you to stick to the lifestyle change. It’s not a diet it’s healing through food. Talvin is lovely, so approachable and caring, she will cater to your symptoms and give you that extra push always!! I have not only changed my lifestyle but also increased my knowledge on best ways to address my symptoms. Weight loss is possible and so is managing our symptoms with pcos. I would 100% do it again and recommend to anybody and everybody.

Talvin has been an encouraging and motivating coach within my 3 months time with her. I like the fact that I was able to request and have my meal plans adjusted to not feel stuck in boredom. I had learned new things about how important nutrition was, to doing daily activities to manage stress. Looking back at my first picture to me after 3 months of following a structure is shocking. I am truly happy that it is possible to lose weight and not be restrictive about my meals, rather it’s about being mindful. The most proud of myself was being able to reduce my moon face and B-belly. Really happy with my result!

I was with Talvin for 3 months and in all honesty I had a mixed experience.
I learnt a lot about nutrition and how every meal should plated in terms of portion sizes and different food groups as well as ways to improve my form in the gym. I am less harsh on myself on exercising as I have learnt I naturally have quite an active lifestyle and have learnt to stop feeling as guilty if I have gone out on the weekend. I liked that she encourages a healthy lifestyle including focusing on the mental aspect and making sure we get enough sleep instead of just pushing you to eat salads and trainer harder. She also has good meal plans with lots of variety, including Indian food which is really helpful as a South Indian girl living at home and who loves Indian food.
However, I did not lose as much weight as I was hoping for and did not make as much physical progress as I have done on my own before. I have always struggled getting past the initial water weight loss and still seem to be in the same position. After leaving the PT program, I have continued using my knowledge from the training but am still stuck in the same physical place as I was before starting.
Additionally, I was told to start at the end of Dec 23 but then Talvin was on holiday in Jan which meant I didn’t have the best couple of first weeks as I joined and we didn’t start talking about calories till my second month.
Feedback/Improvement:
Figuring out what the maintenance and deficit calories should be right at the start.
2/3 weeks prior to the compulsory 3 months coming to an end, it would be great if you could bring it up in a call explaining that the 3 months would be coming to an end and asking us whether or not we want to continue, allowing enough time to cancel the subscription if we want to.

Talvin was amazing throughout my fitness journey with her! She gave me lots of tips to maintain a healthy lifestyle and most importantly improved my form in the gym which was not the best. She was always available to answer any questions I had whether that was about my protein intake or what machine is the best to target a specific area, she extremely supportive :)

Talvin is a talented woman, who understands woman to the “T”. She is gorgeous, funny and knows what she is doing! Tlift have been AMAZING
Tlift have been AMAZING! My journey started after I put on weight during the last 2-3 years. I was lacking confidence, my clothes weren't fitting me and my self esteem was really low. I had followed tlift on Instagram for some years and thought this would be my best option to 1) lose my belly fat 2) become stronger 3) to do it without hours of cardio which I find really boring. It has met all my expectations. At first I didn't have a clue what I was doing in the weights area in the gym...I had real gym anxiety. With the video analysis, Talvin was able to feedback on the form and at the same time push me to lift heavier as I was becoming stronger. I have never been so excited about my workouts and going to the gym. Tlift also provide meal plans with yummy foods and provide so much education and knowledge, especially around protein intake etc. This is not a quick diet programme, it is a sustainable one which is exactly what I was looking for. Consistency is key and the support given by Talvin gives me so much motivation each week. She is truly amazing ☺️, and I can't thank her enough for all her love and support - I couldn't have done it without her.

In the last 3 months, I learned so much about my body and how to take care of it with nutritious food. My mind and how to create realistic goals and build sustainable habits. And the importance of weight training to become fitter and stronger as a person, especially as a female. With all this, I was able to achieve my goals of gaining weight (I'm 4kg heavier), look and feel better (I've noticed that my nails have started to grow longer and skin is glowing by increasing my protein consumption and eating more nutritious foods without sacrificing things I like). All because of Talvin and her coaching.
Talvin has changed my life by teaching me the importance of consuming different sources of protein (both veg and non-veg) in my diet.
My coaching experience may have ended, but I will be carrying all these invaluable lessons and experiences with me.

TLIFT has made me love my body even more!
After the COVID lockdown, I was keen to get fitter and stronger. My main concern was building strength and toning up. I joined my university gym but had no idea what I should be doing as I didn't know what machines to use and what workouts to begin with. I tried multiple workout plans and meal plans. I could not stick to them as I didn't know if I was doing the exercise properly, I didn't enjoy the meal plans especially as I am a foodie and I didn't know if I was eating enough protein and other nutrients. When TLIFT came about I was intrigued as I was following the page on Instagram from the very beginning and the stories/posts looked interesting, especially the food ideas. I liked the idea that it represented women supporting other women in achieving their goals. I like that Talvin doesn't just focus on fitness goals but, explores health and mindset goals as well. After speaking to people that were part of TLIFT, I decided to join and IT WAS THE BEST DECISION I HAVE MADE! Talvin's workout and meal plans have encouraged me to stick to my goals. She has catered to all the meal requests I have made and encouraged me to eat foods that I wouldn't normally go for. I have only been with her for nearly 3 months, and I've already seen so much progress in my body as I can visibly see I have become leaner and stronger. Seeing this progress motivates me to go to the gym and take care of my body. I love it whenever Talvin analyses my workout videos as she is very supportive and motivating in her feedback. I always send her pictures when I see progress and her feedback makes me feel so positive about myself. Her check-in sessions are really useful as she properly takes the time to adjust the plans for the next month and she thoroughly explains any queries I have. The best decision I have ever made
Talvin has really helped me these past few months, she’s set me workouts & meal plans that are personalised to me & my needs, as well as holding me accountable. Having lupus makes life hard at times but Talvin took on board my symptoms & created a workout plan that I can do that won’t cause problems or flare ups, the meal plans vary, depending on season or diets. Before Talvin’s plan I struggled with food, I had no clue on what to do at the gym to achieve my goal of going to the gym, I’d be anxious/scared & only do basic exercises or only go with someone - since working with Talvin I’m the most confident I’ve been, gained 4kgs, got stronger and I’m finally happy! She holds me accountable but also easy to talk to, looking after my physical health as well as my me at well-being. Talvin’s a lovely woman, I can’t recommend her enough and the Tilt community is so welcoming.
Amazing coach, amazing person!!
I was a complete beginner when I began with Talvin and not once did she make me feel bad when I couldn’t understand something or couldn’t do something. She taught me the importance of adding protein to meals and creating balanced meals, whilst not sacrificing going out or my favourite foods. From smoothies to chicken burgers, her meal plans cater to all! She puts in a lot of effort with each one of her clients and checks in too. I have tried all types of diets from cutting carbs to eating salad, but nothing worked to have a sustainable weight loss. The best choice I’ve made
Where do I start! I started my first ever online coaching with Talvin in June after feeling fed up with how I felt/looked.
After our first chat she made me feel really excited for this journey! I was shocked I wasn’t going to be on a 1200cal meal plan and I was allowed to eat pretty much everything!
I’ve been eating out/drinking at least once a week due to social plans and I have still managed to lose around 5kgs already! I’m feeling so much more confident inside and out.
