Had a hard time getting a flat throw this agency ( not their fault! ), but all team supported us as much as they could till finally me and my sister were holding the keys in our hands. Big thanks to Pardip and Francesca! At the moment no issues with a flat.!

7 days with out hot water, property "managed" by TLS, poor service, when questioned arrogant replies, extremely upset about their service, will strongly NOT recommend, please avoids this agent.

Professional & very helpful, everything went smooth without any issues. Prompt and efficient responses. The process was easy throughout and transparent .Would recommend them and will definitely use them again.

Overall i was very pleased with the service.A tennant was identified promptly and all was concluded with a minimum of fuss.The only downside was the failure to communicate some issues with the tennants prior to the start of the tennancy which i had to do face to face on the day the keys were handed over.
