Bad Return Policy

When I received the bag it was not what I expected. To be honest there was nothing wrong- it just looked and felt cheap. When I contact the company about returning the item I was informed that because I was "changing my mind" I would have to pay for return shipping and it would be several weeks before I received my refund. A consumer cannot truly judge a product until they have held it. In this age of online shopping a company MUST accept returns for any reason, cover return shipping and refund the money as soon as the product has shipped back. I would not do business with them again.

Best purchase ever 🥳

Bought a carryon bag, it was the perfect size and it fits so much clothes!!! It arrived today and I couldn’t be more happy that I found their ad on Facebook 😌 thanks guys
