I am not a review person but I had to review this fraudulent company called Tmaker located in Maluri. To start things off, I am totally disappointed. Did not expect Tmaker to be a scam company. Don't get fooled by this fraudulent company and their good reviews. Most reviews could be sham for God's sake.

I ordered 500 tshirts for my company's event. First, they promised me that I can come and collect it on 10-12-2019. Then when I arrived to their shop, they told me that it is still with production in their Kajang factory. When I insist to go and collect it from their factory, they told me it has been outsourced for sewing and that they would deliver it free of charge on 18-12-2019 to my company in PJ. However, I only got my tshirts on 23-12-2019.

I can still accept the delay since we only need to use the tshirts on 15/1/2020. Much to my dismay and disappointment, the tshirts were sewn horribly. The sizings of the tshirts are a mismatch. XL couldn't even fit into an M sized person. The stitchings look like it were done by some primary school kids. The fabric is so thin that it is see through and the ladies are reluctant to wear them. When I went to the shop in Maluri to check on the fabric, they showed me really good stuff. Unfortunately, when the tshirts arrived, they look like rejected stuff. It wasn't even packed individually. They were just stuffed inside a recycled Gildan box. Hell, I didn't even order Gildan. I ordered microfibre tshirts with sublimation printing!

I called and spoke to the salesperson but she told me that this is how things are done in Tmaker. Apparently, their boss told them to use cheaper fabric to cut down on their costing. OMG for God's sake don't do it by cheating your customers or at least have the effing courtesy to inform your customers beforehand.

I will be filing a case with KPDNKK as this is outright scam. PLEASE STOP CHEATING YOUR CUSTOMERS! STOP THIS SCAM! One can get better tshirts even in pasar malam!

Prompt responses, helpful consultation on presentation of designs and good quality of materials.

Great customer service (I used the chat feature on the website on two separate occasions -- prompt, friendly and helpful replies from Sally and one other unnamed staff). While the website ordering system is convenient, I had trouble getting it to recognise (and thus quote me for) the correct size of my uploaded image (switching to another item colour and then back again did the trick), and locating where to indicate quantity (turned out to be what I thought was for choosing size -- my item was free size). Printing took two (working) days longer than I was told, but delivery was fast after that. Printing and the item itself was of good quality, though it came covered in many stray threads that I had to remove using scissors and lint roller.

Website could use some updating as it can be a little hard to work with but otherwise the service was great. Received email and WhatsApp message about order. Discussed details with designer via WhatsApp to ensure the right design was placed on shirts. Quick turnaround time, from order to delivery less than 2 weeks. Shirts look good and sizes are not small so perfect.

Much appreciate the work done.

Ordered a t shirt for my friends birthday. She loves it as it is very comfy and the printing was nice. However I feel that it is a bit pricy. Will totoally order again if prices are reduced a bit

Good service n fast delivery

Easy to make my own design and get it printed. Even though it was within holiday season (consecutive long weekends for 3 weeks), TMaker staff was still able to get my designs printed and delivered within 3 weeks.

Currently wearing one of the printed shirts and I'm satisfied with the quality :)
