The Piece is absolutley beautiful.
What made the experience amazing was Jordyn's support and attention to detail in the beginning stages.

So easy to communicate with from the very beginning. Sammy was well prepared despite my short notice booking, which made the whole experience feel effortless and welcoming.

Sammy was extremely transparent about all available options and clearly explained the entire process, from selecting the piece through to ordering and receiving it. I felt informed and confident at every step. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a smooth and trustworthy jewellery consultation.

We arrived at the beautiful Armadale store only to find it was appointment only. However we were greeted by the gorgeous Emili, who invited us in store.
Emili was so helpful and knowledgeable and made us feel welcomed even tho we did not have a booking.
The pieces Emili showed us were beyond beautiful and I cannot wait to work with the TMC team to create my dream ring.

Emili was so lovely and covered any questions i might’ve had and made me feel at ease through the process. Was able to try on lots of rings without feeling rushed and left the consultation with a better idea of what i want. So helpful!!

Mackenzie was patient, thoughtful and informative. This was my first ever experience shopping for an engagement ring and I didn’t do any prior research. She was able to inform me on everything from carats, sizing, clarity etc with ease, and we found my perfect ring all in the one appointment!

Rose was incredibly helpful and personable. As overwhelming as the experience can be as a male with their partner, Rose made everything so much easier for me to understand and made myself and my partner walk out of the store with genuine excitement for our future.
