I've reached out to the support and provide the ID information they requested, support then completely stopped responding to my messages.
While I understand that account sometimes can not be approve for various reasons, the complete lack of communication after requesting personal documents is absolutely unacceptable

They have an extensive catalogue, it is easy to find the components you need, the prices are very good, as is the shipping, which is also very fast: in my case, it usually takes less than 48 hours from placing the order to receiving the components.
