The fragrance of TM perfume is good but their team is not good at all, it troubles a lot, it is of no use, the team is bad.

Do not buy from them.
Perfume not even last more than 1 hr.
They claim 6 to 8hrs lasting which is fake and false claim.
They use water in their perfume.
Less alcohol, less contrated oil
No one will notice that ur wearing perfume.
Worst customer service once u pay.
Late delivery.
Trust me people you will regret after investing on their perfume

The recreated perfumes fragrances don’t match , DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE, In my first order i had ordered diptique TAM DAO sample it was really good but when i ordered the perfume the fragrance was different i even returned and told them to match the fragrance but the perfume I received after that is not same either with the sample. Ye sirf order lete time proper reply dete hai. 15 days bad jab order aya 2999 ka order Kiya ek bhi perfume acha nhi hai bakwaas hai isse acha to mai sabun se naha lu jada achi smell ayegi or return karne ke liye customer support number diya uspr call Kiya to call nhi uthya chutiya kaat rhe hai.bakwas service or bakwaas perfume don't buy.. don't waist your money 🤬🤬🤬

They are scammers. They ask for reviews before delivering the order by promising express delivery. But once the order is delivered, they stop responding—no one answers calls on their customer support number, and no one replies to emails. Beware: I have received incomplete orders twice

I had one of the worst online shopping experiences with TM Fragrance. I placed a prepaid order on the 20th, and even after 5 days (today is 25th), the product has still not been shipped. What makes it worse is that they don’t even bother to reply to messages or give any proper update. This shows a complete lack of professionalism and responsibility.

Their service feels like a fraud — they take money quickly but don’t deliver the product, and then vanish without communication. As a customer, this is extremely frustrating. If you cannot provide the service, at least refund the money immediately instead of ignoring people.

Such behavior makes them totally unreliable and untrustworthy. I would strongly advise others to stay away from TM Fragrance, because wasting money and getting zero response is not worth it.
