Tmgm taken $35 for withdraw despite using visa and no withdraw fees
Hi,
I deposited $100 usd, $165 nzd credited to my tmgm account, but when I withdraw the $100 usd, I only got $135 nzd credited to my bank account. So $35 was charged by tmgm. Tmgm may argue they don't charge any fees for withdraws, it's charged by an intermediate bank. But I was using a visa debit card, it didn't go through an intermediate bank. Bank statement can be provided as evidence.

We want to reiterate that TMGM does not charge any fees or commissions on either deposits or withdrawals. This policy applies to all our clients.
While TMGM does not impose any fees, bank wire transfers, especially international ones, can be subject to fees levied by intermediary banks and the receiving bank. These fees are beyond our control, and as such, we do not know the exact amount that will be charged. We always advise our clients to consult with their respective banks for detailed information regarding any potential fees associated with international bank transfers.
Regarding your comment about using a Visa debit card and bypassing an intermediate bank, it's important to understand that even when initiating a withdrawal to a Visa card, it will still involve the banking network and can incur correspondent bank charges.
We understand this can be confusing, and we genuinely aim for full transparency with our clients. Please feel free to contact our support team at support@tmgm.com directly if you wish to pursue this.

I've worked with TMGM for 3 years and…
I've worked with TMGM for 3 years and have had a decent experience. They have some strengths, such as their knowledge of Gold
However, there have been some issues with communication and follow-through. I've had to remind them about pending transactions and deadlines, which has been frustrating.
Their fees are competitive, but the service has been somewhat inconsistent. Overall, I would say that TMGM is an average broker - not exceptional, but not bad either.

Bad broker, TMGM Scam
TMGM (TradeMax Global Markets) blatantly took my money. My account Account Number: 11012360 , total deposit $91,231 and current balance is $290,584.73, I have applied for withdrawal several times but all of them have been denied! So far even withholding my founds, not replying to my emails, and deleting my reviews!
I posted a comment on September 13th, but it was removed from your platform and you emailed me to provide more information about the TMGM account, I filled out the online form as you requested and the comment was still deleted and never responded to my email.

I got filled for half the price of gold…
I got filled for half the price of gold and immediately saw a substantial loss of over 20%. I wrote to account Manager that normally responds within 24hrs. It has been weeks and no response. I will not do business with this company again.
