one of the worst brokers you can find:
1. they have a slippage and a high spread compared to other brokers

Please be informed that slippage is normal to happen when the market is under conditions such as illiquidity and volatility due to news announcements, economic events, and market openings.
All our clients' withdrawal methods must match the deposit method, except for credit card deposits as they have to withdraw using bank wire. However, we would also like to clarify that our bank does not charge a withdrawal fee. Yet, our clients' banks or intermediary banks may charge a fee for withdrawal.

Tmgm blew my accounts even after I have fully hedged my positions!!!
On June 2, one of my account 265003 has balance of $4064.30, the equity was $1258. Yes the account was in quite significant DD but I have fully hedged my buy and sell positions! Before I went to bed on Friday I had 5.68 lots sell and 5.68 lots buy.
I woke up on Monday morning to find out that the account was blown! This is not the only accounts, they blew all together 5 accounts in this manner.
I asked TMGM rep how is it possible to blow accounts like this. They just shrugged it off, they replied"It is what it is!"
So be careful with tmgm. They will do anything to make you lose money!

Consequently, an increase in the buying price reduces the PNL of the customer's short order, while a decrease in the selling price reduces the PNL of the customer's long order, ultimately affecting your net worth.

have been a recent target of this fraud. From a small investment of $200, I ended paying around $4,950 which included withdrawal fees, bank charges fees and IRS payment. I put a stop to it when they asked me to pay for the managers commission of $2,700 something. I was stupid don't fall for it.

Be careful on using TMGM Broker, it cause me to lost my trading account of 10K!!!!
I'm a seasonal trader for more then 10 yrs and I'm also a IB agent for TMGM, as I also holds others brokers accounts with AXI, IC Markets etc.
on 13 March 2023, I was trying to fund my trading account to prevent from falling into DD, I just can't do funding to my account al all!!!
I can't believe this can happen from a well known broker of TMGM.
many times I have brought up this issue with the help desk, the reply is always [ THERE IS NO PROBLEMS WITH THE PAYMENT GATEWAY!!!] If there's no problems with the payment gateway why I can't fund my trading account??? and I can fund my others brokers accounts WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS AT ALL!!!! using the same Bank Card.
I have create a screen recording video to proof is not my faults on my part on the funding process that failed while carry out funding with TMGM, also at the same time I also perform the funding to my other party broker and it went through successfully with no error at ALL!!!
Many emails exchanges between myself and Mr Arron Zhu of TMGM SEA Sales Manager.
and Account Manager Ms Nuttakarn.
Till today 21 May 2023 there still no reply to my claim on my case.
Be Careful on using TMGM as your broker!!!!

One of staff initially told her name Shirley and she offered to provide free signal if u open account in TMGM.....then in same time she is offering her WhatsApp group and using twitter with name of LINDA....
This person really smart to give you the signals free for gold....
Few signal may be u get profit but after then she ask u to open position n she will not reply at all....you will be keep opening oposition becoz u will trust her advise....once u r lose then after 4 to 5 hours she will say I go outside not able to reply....till that time market will boom against you to blow your account.....
So don't trust free signal n don't open account in TMGM....
Really it's bad experience...
Advise: do not trade as per their STAFF guide...do not trade before or after news once they send signal....
They don't have stop-loss system
They will make you greedy n at the end you will make ZERO your account...

issue was easily resolved. Prior to Peter, I was talking to James, it was a very painful experience. We kept going round and round in circles like he had no grasp of what had transpired earlier in the conversation. For example, he told me to open a new demo account when earlier in the conversation this was already discussed and I already opened a new account. It was very annoying. It took about an hour with no resolution. Luckily I thought of restarting my computer and got back peter instead.
