This company does nothing but lie and steal you money.

I have had my so called phone for about 3 months. I have had iPhone for more than 20 years and never have I had the problems I have with this one. GPS doesn't work. If I get away from wi-, fi it will not change to data as all my other iPhone have. When I call to complain they lie to me, send me in circles, keep me on the line for over 2 hours and achieve NOTHING. I was lied to when I purchased the phone and service and have been lied to every since. If you are thinking of going with t-mobile run fast

I have had service with T-Mobile for a…

I have had service with T-Mobile for a year and it has been a nightmare they say they have great customer service but no , they don’t listen you are only a number they have hidden fees that they charge you and to be real they are a rip off they tell you your phone only going to work off WiFi so why do I have to pay you to use my home WiFi to use my phone ? Then if they cut your service you may pay up to 70 to 80 bucks to get your phone service back up and that’s just reconnect fees and then disconnecting your service they even charge a return fee from your debit card if you default on a payment arrangement I was telling the young lady my issue and she wasn’t listening so when I told her she wasn’t listening she goes on and say well you over talking me I’m like no I just had a entire conversation and you heard none of it ( I think she had me on mute ) she like I’m getting my lead I was like no I’m finding a better provider and they only time you can speak to anyone of your bill is in good standing if not they send you out of the country and the reps there are very rude

My very first negative review!

The worst experience ever! We switched to them to save money and are paying double! On top of that, we were supposed to get a $200 prepaid Visa gift card for getting the TV box. Nope, we didn't get it! We have constant problems with the wireless internet. Watching TV is constantly interrupted. We were promised free phones for switching, Nope! The monthly payment constantly changes and you can't trust doing automatic payments because they take it before they say it's due without warning. We have paid more in the past 5 months to them than we did in a year of our previous carrier! Do not switch to this company. Absolutely the worst experience ever! Complete nightmare!

Most incompetent company and dishonest…

Most incompetent company and dishonest company I have ever dealt with in my entire 65 year life. Ripped me off financially, and still have not refunded or rectified a single problem they promised to fix immediately. Do NOT get involved with them. Only time in my life I have gone to the trouble of doing something like this.

Stay Away from T Mobile

I called T Mobile to cancel my wireless internet and was instructed to return the tower to a T Mobile store. I returned the tower in June 2, 2024 at T Mobile a Store with receipt. Contract was paid til June 20, 2024. I kept receiving bills all the way to November- spoke with Martin on Oct 11, 2024 and then to Ginger on Oct 14, 2024. Both confirmed receipt and it was just a mistake and stated it will be taken care of. Now, I'm getting collection from Cobb Law- I have to explain all over again. T Mobile is really HORRIBLE!!. WORST service!!! Do yourself a favor- Stay Away !!

Shame on you, T-Mobile!

T-Mobile was one of the best providers back in times. Last 2 years with T-Mobile were disappointing, but I kept my account with a hope that they will hear us - customers and improve. Instead, it was going worse and worse. The customers service makes us wait on waiting lines for 40 or more minutes, ones it was 1hour and 14min until I heard anyone on their side; not to mention the number of multiple transfers and hang ups on me... This tells me that the stuff is NOT qualified to do their jobs. In addition, the customer service "experts" are rude - not listening, interrupting, raising voices.... The entire T-Mobile became irrespective and greedy. They discontinued my plan despite of "T-Mobile promise that it "will never be changed" - the 55+unlimited plan. "No hidden fees is the T-Mobile promise" - sounds familiar? Now, you may be surprised... They keep braking one promise after another, pushing prices and looking what else they can get away with; basically lying to us again and again. What a DISGRACE!!! Overall, T-Mobile is rapidly declining on ALL points and dropped down way below of my tolerance level. Shame on you, T-Mobile, shame on you!

T-Mobile is the WORST!

If you want to lose money, then this is your company. They never sent me my equipment. A box of accessories arrived, and I refused the shipment. I've made many calls to cancel the account and get my money back. Insult to injury they billed me for a month of service a few days ago. When I called, they said my auto pay was still going. I never had service, cancelled and yet they couldn't turn off the autopay. Every person tells me a different story when I call the Customer Care number. Such a scam operation. You don't receive a confirmation number when you cancel or a reference number when you call in--and they won't email you. I just want my money back.

Wheeler Dealers

In 2025 how can a company such as T mobile exist ? In my opinion these are a bunch of high school drop outs that can't manage their way out of a paper bag. Don't even think of dealing with this garbage.

They failed to deliver the phones and…

They failed to deliver the phones and internet device to my address, had me pay the full tax amount for all devices for a second delivery until the first returned to their distribution headquarters. Upon reciving the devices I noticed the internet and cellualar was not available at my location, called the technical services and listened to the service representative audibly LAUGH when I told her my address. She said there are no towers within range and I should have never been sold the account.

They attempted twice to send a cellular extender to my address, both times the address they sent was incorrect. Now weeks out from the return date they would not take back the devices saying it was out of the return window. Finally a representative sent a return for the phones I had ordered. I sent them back, T mobile never confirmed the returns and is still attempting to charge me for the account and devices in full. I will be filing with the FCC shortly to resolve these issues, but really wish I had known what a disconnect there was between the departments for service delivery. I am ashamed to have fallen for T mobiles sales team trying to get a sale on a small business owner KNOWING the address was not servicable. Even checking their 5 G service address on their live webpage shows it is not supported

T-Mobile is ripping off customers.

T-Mobile is ripping off customers.
On August 03, 2024 at 3:04PM, I retuned a device to T-Mobile using the UPS return label received from them(Obtained a drop-off receipt from UPS). For some reason, I realized 4 months later that they are charging me for the device. After reaching out to T-Mobile customer care, I was told that they no trace of the device and that I should figure it out with UPS. I called UPS customer service and was able to track the device down to T-Mobile warehouse. UPS confirmed that the device was delivered on August, 08 2024 at 2:40PM (With Records). Even though I have all the records that the device have been returned, T-Mobile, have decided that I should pay for the device. I am very frustrated by their resolution. I shouldn't have trusted them, I feel betrayed and rip-off by T-Mobile. People should avoid buying devices from them at all cost. T-MOBILE IS A SCAM AT THIS POINT.

Just when you thought customer service couldn’t get any worse

I have been a customer for many years unfortunately they do not provide existing customers with any deals when it comes to phones. If you can look past that, the customer service has got to be the worst if you’re lucky enough to get through to someone that speaks English, they disconnect you put you on hold you explain the same thing to 3 different
people. Assured the problem will be taken care of only to have to turn around and call them again the next week with exactly the same issues.

If I could rate company a zero

If I could rate company a zero, I would. Wait times are over an hour if you need any customer service. When we first went to T-mobile they were charging us monthly for phones that were sent into them. Supervisors here are a joke. I tried for 4 months to have it rectified and I could get no resolution until I emailed the CEO. Next experience was no better for a phone under warranty. 3 hours on the phone one day in addition to the hour and half call prior to this one. Two supervisors who refused to give us their name who cold transferred us to assurance only to be sent back to T-mobile. No resolution still as of now. No matter how good the deal you will pay for it regardless in fees and your time.

They use deceptive practices

They use deceptive practices. When I spoke on the phone, they sent me the chip and it arrived 6 days later, but they were already billing me from the day I called for the service. I was upset and called to cancel the service and they were still charging me. Finally, we reached an agreement to pay them $80 without having used the service, much less the chip, not even for a day. I'm going to give them 80 dollars for nothing! They are licensed bandits, be careful. T-mobile if u want my account it is 201743200 you can ckeck im not lie

Has anyone else had the terrible decision to go with the T-Life app?…

Has anyone else had the terrible experience with Tmobile and their new T-Life app for SyncUPKids? I purchased an expensive phone, almost $300, for a watch that I can track my granddaughter"s location. Now I am unable to access the app because my phone doesn't support it. Now I am EXPECTED by Tmobile to purchase an "upgraded" phone. Nothing wrong with my phone and I do not want to purchase another phone. Have been with Tmobile for over 24 years and they do not care that I told them that I am transferring carriers. I wonder what genius decided to go with this app. They should be terminated immediately. It is truly unbelievable. And you are correct, Customer Service is TERRIBLE, they talk over you and raise their voice. Raises my blood pressure.

16 year customer - poor service when leaving

I was a 16 year customer with T-Mobile. I had 5 lines that I was slowly switching over to another company after Tmobile forced workers to wear masks or get the Covid vax.

The final 2 lines were ported out from Tmobile in September 2024. I expected to get a least 1 more bill which I received via email and it was paid in October in the amount of 99.56. No problem.

I never received any further bill notifications from them after that so I thought it was the last bill. But then they charged me again in November via auto-pay in the amount of 142.22. I was concerned because it exceeded any bill amount I had ever paid them in the last 16 years. And it did not seem to be a prorated amount - which would be less not more and I never received a bill notice to review the charges before I was charged.

When I tried to log into the account, I couldn't because I was no longer a customer. So I called customer service which was an overseas representative. She said she would issue a refund for the 142.22 BUT she refused to send me any sort of confirmation of the refund via email or text. She only gave me a confirmation number over the phone

I kept checking my bank account and also called by bank. There was never a refund issued so I issued a dispute because it was sounding like fraud.

Then in December I received a collection notice that I owed 172.22 - which was 142.22 plus a $30 service charge for the collection.

I again called customer service. I spoke to 2 reps. They refused to back down and had no explanation as to what the 142.22 charge was for, why it went up instead of down or anything. They said I simply owed the money over and over. I said I wanted to see a bill and they said I had to go to a retail store.

I went to the retail store very angry, but thankfully they were more understanding and could speak English. They were also confused on the charge because they also expected the bill to go down not up. They noticed that about the time I ported out a HotSpot service in the amount of 56.32 was added to my account. This was not authorized by me and did not make any sense since I was leaving. There was no explanation for this change to my service as I was leaving.

The retail workers were able to call a support person who again understood why I was upset because the bill made no sense. That worker issued a refund to me for the 56.32 and removed the collections charge and I was to owe the $88 which was the real prorated charge. Which I was fine with. I always expected a pro-rated bill and would be willing to pay that so I could leave this company for good.

At least at this point I believe that worker is not lying like the first rep. The retail people seem to be more accountable because I will obviously come back to the store and nag them until it is resolved - foreign workers do not care they are so far away they don't need to treat you as a human.

I feel it was fraud for Tmobile to change my service, send me no bill notification as they usually did AND, charge my credit card via autopay for all of this.

It is also fraud for Tmobile to say they will issue a refund me but never refund me.

I would give a one star but the retail workers were actually understanding and willing to make it right.

Tmobile is probably ok until you want to leave and they make it very difficult to leave. They make you sit on the phone forever to get a porting out pin, they try to stick it to you as you are leaving by adding services, they give you foreign customer reps to deal with because those people don't care and will treat you bad on Tmobile's behalf.

Please consider all this before going with them, it will save you a headache one day.

Tmobile does not deserve your business.

We switched to T-Mobile yesterday

We switched to T-Mobile yesterday. We had a great experience with Marco in Columbia, SC. He got us a great price for our plan, we received 2 drinking glasses and 2 pair of gloves as a thank you. He was very patient with us and very professional. I also got a new phone for a $10 fee. So far very happy with them.

Tmobile is gaming its customers

In November I called Tmobile about my bill which all of a sudden increased by $30. They were able to lower it back to what it was but said they would call back Dec 14, 2024 to finish the changes. They did but to the wrong line. We eventually were able to connect but she said she was unable to do what she said she would do. I was transferred to a man who gave me fees that ranged from $165 to 100. He should know what the cost for the Magenta plan is. There should not be variability. I asked to be transferred to a supervisor and she did the same thing. I switched carriers. Now Tmobile is refusing to cancel my service. I was on hold 45 minutes yesterday and just now 20 minutes. This is insane. Horrible company.
