Despite my initial anticipation for the service, I am disappointed to report that the repair of my terrace door handle has yet to be completed after a three-month wait. Communication with the team has been less than satisfactory, often marked by significant delays in responses and an overall lack of professionalism. When they finally arrived for the job, it was disheartening to find out that they brought incorrect equipment. Instead of rectifying this issue promptly and completing their task as promised, there was an unexpected departure from site without any resolution or further communication provided. This experience is far from what I had expected.

I wanted to address your recent negative review of our service and clarify some points from our perspective. Firstly, I want to emphasize that we made every effort to provide you with the best service possible. We understand that the order took longer than expected. Please remember it took you six weeks to call us to ask for an update. When we spoke last, we informed you that the item was lost in the post, and another one was ordered.
Please understand that the speed of delivery is beyond our control, as it is determined by the shipping companies. It was very frustrating for our team to receive numerous emails and calls from you on a daily basis, often sending up to five emails in just a few hours.
Additionally, you would repeatedly call and insist on speaking with the manager despite us explaining that we could not expedite the delivery nor get the items straight away, as it is beyond what was possible. While we value open communication with our customers, such excessive contact can be challenging for our team to manage, as we do not always have an immediate answer.
It's worth mentioning that we did not charge you for the last visit or the door handle itself. We provided the door handle as a goodwill gesture to assist you, even though the delay was beyond our control. However, we regret that this gesture does not seem to have been appreciated. Despite our best efforts to keep you informed and help with the situation, as well as the numerous DIY shops we visited to get you the parts, it appears that you have not understood the limitations of the supply chain. We are committed to serving our customers to the best of our ability, and it is for this reason that my colleagues wanted to get you the door parts. Regretfully you chose not to understand the extent we went through to get you all the parts.
We directed you to other contractors who could help you, as we were concerned about how you communicated with us. We feel fortunate to have declined to assist you further, as it may have saved us from further difficulties. Thank you for taking the time to leave a negative review on three separate platforms.

Hakar was truly exceptional. He helped us meet our compliance needs in a professional and timely fashion. They were also willing to flex on issues like prices, etc.

Commercial handyman - same day job
Reached out to TMT via contact us form as needed odd bits and bobs doing.. good old handyman work…
They responded within the hour and by the afternoon on the same day Aldrien arrived with tools in tow. Up went 3 pieces of artwork and a new hand towel dispenser. No mess, no major noise and no delays. A great experience and result for all. Thank you very much TMT.

Highly professional
This was the second time I had used TMT Central; the first time for a carpentry job and yesterday for the shower to be re-grouted and new silicone applied.
On both occasions I have been very pleased with the work carried out.
Office staff and tradesmen are friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend this company.

Efficient and effective
The handyman telephoned before his arrival. He was well-mannered and polite (including taking off his shoes before entry into the flat) and helpful. He took precautions to avoid dirtying anything. He completed the tasks in a timely manner and to my complete satisfaction.
