I have had an issue due with a different provider of training courses and have left a very honest review, however to the wrong company. Claire, has gotten in contact with me and did her absolute best to sort the situation out. She has also been in contact with the company for which my initial review was for, and realised just how much truthfulness there was in my review. She has even offered to provide me with the refund on behalf of the company the initial review was for which she did. I have nothing but praise words for their customer care service and the dedication of their employees to sort out any problems that a customer might have. I would warm heartedly recommend this company, as their courses have also been very helpful and allowed me to achieve my goals. I would offer 10 Stars to them if I could.

It has been well over a year since I came across this company. No issues whatsoever, great courses which meet our needs and an excellent customer service.

I was looking for some particular training (to do with rental agreements) but didn't imagine that what I wanted would even exist. However, I stumbled across The National Training Academy website and whilst browsing through their website I found exactly what I was looking for. I thought the price might be a trick and called the office expecting to get an answering machine. But no, I spoke to a lovely lady who answered all my queries. It all stacked up and I bought the on-line training. It's brilliant ! It's exactly what I was looking for and went into the subject to the level I needed. The online presentation material is very well laid out with the modules list set out at the beginning. I'm working my way through the modules now. A bout of heavy flu has temporarily halted my progress but I can't wait to log back on and get started on the next module. Would happily recommend.

Good content in the training materials. I also had a query that was answered promptly and efficiently. Great customer service.

The course was easy to acquire and work through each module.
The recorded messages from Chairs of organisations and the podcasts were helpful.

Clear and concise, interesting format

Excellent course with brilliant contents.

Much of the information was out of date, it mentioned the Housing Green paper in 2017. Since then it has become a White Paper. No mention of the impact of Covid on engagement either.

Cash for Kids have incorporated the TNTA Safeguarding Training into their training programme. It was so easy to set up and as the administrator I can monitor when the team have completed the online programme.

I've worked with TNTA for several years now and I cannot fault the service that they offer. They are responsive and are able to find solutions to provide bespoke training packages. I would highly recommend TNTA.

The National Training Academy offer a great on-line training product which covers a wide range of courses. They have been extremely flexible with us to ensure we got the most out of these courses, especially over the last year when having access to this training has been a lifeline, especially for new staff. The courses are interesting and relevant and have been enjoyed by our tenants as well as our staff. Their customer service has been excellent and we have been able to access reports so we could track what training people have done. We have been using TNTA training for over 2 years now and have just signed up for another year.

We have used National Training Academy to deliver on-line training for us as a company. As a Housing Association with staff dispersed far and wide across the county, utilising on-line / e-learning has been a great tool to minimise travelling time to and from training courses and improving productive working time. The content is very detailed and relevant to our needs and the customer service and support provide by the team at NTA is second to none.

Absolutely brilliant customer service. I was unsure of a question on the course so I contacted the team, they were helpful and went above and beyond. I also love how the course was set out and found it really easy to navigate, especially as I am a novice. I will definitely be using them again.
