Somethings wrong here - I placed an order 07/03 and no response from seller almost a week later (13/03). I have contacted via email three times (11/03, 13/03) and via chat 1 time (13/03). The payment has been taken from my account. I’m worried about what happens next.

Edit - Requested a cancellation which came through almost immediately.

Terrible, took out of my account twice for the subscription and never sent anything and it's been almost two months.

I had My first yugioh subscription box and the price for the product I received, I couldn't be happier. In the box I got the cards I needed plus pulled 4 cards that sold on ebay which made me my money back for the box

Smooth experience, no messing about, would buy from again.

I live in north America but lately I've grown very fond of prints overseas. I ordered a large amount of product and it arrived safely to me. It was hard to pass up because of the great price. I would definitely order from here again in the future.

The item had not been dispatched for ages. Even after reaching out and being promised it'd be dispatched within the week - it did not

It was only when I reached out and asked for a refund that I actually got a dispatch message - so instead of my item being cancelled because I grew tired of waiting it felt that the request was ignored

The item itself is good but customer service and dispatch time could do with some work

Came quicker than I thought and packages securely

Delivery was fast product was perfect shame about the high delivery charge
