Frustrating experience.
I have had nothing but trouble with Toasty Body.
I received the jacket (not great quality) and waited for the battery.
After a considerable amount of time waiting I decided to contact support to track the battery. I was given an automated message saying it couldn't be sent to my postcode. If this was the case why didn't you email me to notify me, instead I had to follow up. I was told to give an alternative address which was given only to receive another automated message "we cant send to this postcode". I was then asked to give a postage address in a different country WHAT THE! If you cant send to a country dont accept the order, its easy!!!!
After an ongoing battle with automated bot messages that are extremely frustrating, I have not been offered a refund and I have no way to receive the product, instead its been left to me to try find an address somewhere in the world they will send to. TOTAL SCAM with the worst bot support ever.
Im mostly upset as I bought this jacket for my daughter with medical conditions for these colder months (she was excited to have a heated jacket), now my money is wasted and still need to find something for her. Very upset.
EDIT TO REPLY FROM TOASTYBODY: You have my number, I have sent so so many emails and not once have I had a reply like this (acting helpful), you are using completely different language in public to what you do on email this is extremely dishonest.
UPDATE: We received refund on the battery but my review still stands, I didn't receive any real customer support until I wrote this review.
Terrible support, cheap product, lengthy resolution, frustrating experience overall.

Have brought your meduim heated pants…
Have brought your meduim heated pants and are way to small. Have asked multiple times for return of address to exchange for bigger size, yet they are asking for a picture of my husband wearing the heated pants. If he tried to put the pants on he will damage the pants! I have sent many photos of pants in question yet they still insisting of hubby to try them on. Humans know when a garment is to small for them to wear, yet they are still insisting hubby to try them on, is just ridiculous unless they want to say..oh sorry you have damaged them and we cant exchange them!! And use that as a excuse.

All my requests were replied to either same day or next, a wonderful solution provided with positive outcome the next day. The jacket is great quality & so comfortable. Sizes run extremely small
Sizes run extremely small, but Customer Service was on it from the get go. They bent over backwards to make sure I got what I wanted. Didn’t get a chance to wear it yet because by the time I got it it wasn’t cold anymore.

They "lost" my first order, missing items from the second
They "lost" my first order. Took 17 days to get half of the resent items and the thing that makes it work, the battery, hasnt even shipped yet. (order 14221 and 14193) and No response from customer service, no phone number, states support is from 8am-6p but doesnt bother stating what time zone so totally useless there as well. 44% 1 star reviews speaks for itself. This stuff is all china made crap, avoid this company at all cost. Also, each and every response you provide on here is blatantly A.I. trash. You can't even take the time to have a human reply. The epitome of bad business and laziness. At least train your A.I. to switch up the responses a little, its actually comical to go through and read them all.

Sizing is way off
Sizing is way off. When I wanted to return the product, the o my option I had was to exchange. Even though I fit in the size up, it is not a great fit and quality, so I am keeping it juste because they make it hard to return, but I am not too happy, and am unsure if I will ever use the product.

I bought a heated filet for my daughter for Christmas. It was great but in January it stopped working. Toasty body replaced it straight away with a brand new one. Still working fine.

the actual size of the vest is no tagged
the actual size of the vest is not tagged on the item. I first ordered an extra large but it was not large enough, so i requested a return and they got back to me quickly saying I should just keep the extra large and that they would send me another vest in size of my chose. I went with a 3X, but it is only slightly bigger than the first one and still does not fit. other than the sizing issue this is a good company to work with.
