The examples of performance and how I procrastinate are text book. This pleases me as I’m positive about using these tools to help my progression. It is necessary to grasp the meaning of what procrastination is and how to help myself understand the reasoning behind it. No matter the age everyone procrastinates without understanding why. I especially like the visual patterns and seeing how they are a given part of the process. These represent the actions of my behavior and it’s interesting to discover that there is a pattern. I like being able to read the article explaining and supporting the lesson. Especially the task given to help alleviate the stress. The quiz helps define myself and where the problems occur.
