It's still very early to evaluate the course. I am eager to feel the changes by following your guidelines, and with success, I'll be in a better position to evaluate the course. I'll be happy to get to the point where the more I do, the more I want to do.

Vision exercises helps me see vision I hoped and can’t reach may be that’s gives me a passion to start

I didn't like the length of chapter 1. It took me all day to finish it.
I liked learning about the thoughts/rules I have that keep me from getting started.

Being prompted to think about certain thoughts or feelings I've had helped me realize something significant. Sometimes, though, I wish I had a way to say N/A (not applicable) or "None of these."

This has helped me tremendously Thank you so much for your help. You actually could be saving a life. Depression and Anxiety have kept me in a cycle of inaction and paralysis

Breaking tasks down to smaller ones is helpful. I think my brain will stop working if overly stressed.

Getting on the app was a bit of a challenge but once on it was easy I am only on day 2 but the first day I managed to make some progress

I began today. I did 3 lessons. I finished 2 small tasks. So far this app is helping to focus on small steps. I like the layout. It’s clear and colorful unlike other apps that seemed overwhelming to me. I want to continue and I see myself improving and I actually feel a bit better as this morning I woke up depressed.

At first, I couldn't read the screen well. The app showed up REALLY tiny and it wouldn't let me enlarge it. Very hard to read.
Update: customer service reached out and helped me resolve the problem. Their tips helped me see better and now I'm more intrigued by what I am seeing and learning about myself.

Confusing to get set up. Not sure whether the app is installed properly. May have paid twice. 🥴

I am encouraged even if I dont reach my achievements or goals. This is the first time I have participated in assistance like this so while I may have completed the task I haven't recorded it in the app. I even put a diary note that I am struggling to change my habits and set an achievable goal for myself. This is only my first week and the app has taught me about excuses and procrastination, already I can recognise whether the excuse is genuine and when I am procrastinating. Highly recommend Today Is The Day!

Becoming more mindful of self care and self love.
I appreciate the information in small bites, and that the tips can be saved for later. Visualizing how I will feel when the task is done has been very useful.
I am frustrated by the program's lack of a time zone setting, which makes all the daily record keeping and tracking of "streaks" inaccurate and unable to be corrected.

I appreciated the timing of the introduction for Day One involved reflecting on what was important for me and followed with practical application including visioning the future as a non procrastinator and also visioning it as a chronic procrastinator! Effective especially since the last exercise invited me to do a tiny part of s bigger task. And now feeling positive for the future. 18th July 2026
