Toemen has contacted me over my complaints and have offered to talk. Due to a change in their personnel, the rude person no longer working there, I have withdrawn my post of the complaint and wish them success in the future.

Stay away from this shop
Ordered DJI Mavic Pro low noise propellers in the middle of November and was contacted by customer support telling that order will be delivered in about 2 weeks, despite the fact that on the website it was "in stock".
It's already Christmas and my order haven't been delivered yet. Customer support is not responding to my questions. Had to open Paypal dispute to return money.

Good for Traxxas, bad for Jconcepts
Great service for Traxxas stuff but ordered some Jconcepts wheels and am still waiting 2 months later. I'm having to chase (calls and emails) Toemen for status rather than being kept up to date by them.
