Not so good if you have to do a return. You have to pay £2.95 and print your return label. Only buy if there is a shop near to you return free of charge. Personally I will never shop with them again online, it's just not worth the risk.

Great customer service

I am so tired of having to thrown away puffer jackets because of misleading washing labels. Over the past couple of years I cant even record how many puffer jackets I had to send to recycle bin due to misleading washing labels. We buy a puffer jacket and after 2-3 months of using it and sweating we put them on the washing machine according to washing instructions on first time its gone. The Nanton Tog24 Jacket puffer filling gets clumped after first washing and it is clearly due to the filling not been stiched properly to the jacket outer shell materials and when I tried to complaint by sent the company an email about the issue they sent a replying saying how to wash and dry the jacket! We all know thats bad sewn jackets that are made to get clumped after washing it so we have to disposal and buy another one! Cant no longer fool us! The Nanton Tog24 Jacket Jackets are not washable!!!

Loved my quilted jacket until I washed it. Despite following all instructions, all the filling fibres have clumped together, leaving no insulation at all in most of the jacket. Really disappointing as I washed a similar Jack & Jones jacket which has come out perfectly. All our family have bought jackets and hoodies from Tog24 but if they become unwearable after one wash, we won’t be buying again.

No hassle refund for sale items purchased which were too big.

I purchased a jacket online in a size 14, but when it was delivered it was HUGE and at least 2 sizes bigger than a 14, gaping around the waist.
I paid £3.95 to have the jacket delivered and when I contacted customer services I was told I would have to return the jacket at a “processing”cost of £2.95. That is nearly £7.00 total delivery/return costs. I was not given good customer service, and was told it was my fault for not checking customer reviews and measuring myself and looking at the size guide. I have never purchased an item of clothing in a size 14 and had to go to these lengths before.
I raised a complaint and was given the same answer, I would have to lose the £7.00 and return the jacket.
Take care buying from this company.

Lovely staff - great quality goods at great prices

The staff were helpful, with out being pushy. Pointed me in the right direction and left me to make my own decision.
Good quality clothing.

Overall, a great experience but 4 stars because of confusing communications at the beginning. I bought a fleece from TOG24 website but it wasn't suitable for my son. I found it difficult to find any instructions for returns as I didn't receive a confirmation email.
However, a phone call to the local TOG24 store sorted things out very quickly. They were extremely helpful, explained that I could bring it to the store and I would get a refund back onto the original payment method, even though it wasn't paid by card but via PayPal.
It's refreshing to find a straightforward, integrated purchase and return process these days, rather than being told 'oh that's not our department, you'll have to call x/y/z, fill in forms A-H and sing Yankee Doodle Dandy etc.

Very helpful and polite staff and easy to find the garments you are looking for.

Excellent service, great price and quality clothing

My wife and I have been buying clothing from TOG 24 for a few years now and whilst I am sure it is made in countries all around the globe, the quality is generally very good.
I must admit that we do buy a lot of our gear when the Sales are on but that is what they are there for.
Their delivery is always very quick and on the odd occasion that we have had to return something, there are no quibbles and an immediate refund or exchange.
They have a good range of quality clothing for most tastes and budgets.
I totally recommend them and will be continuing to use their excellent service.
